We had a dinner emergency while on vacation with 8 kids, 9 adults and it was 10 minutes till close. The manager and staff were not only organized and friendly, the food came out fast, right and delicious. My only regret is not getting the managers name so I could mention her here. Sincerely, the customer that ordered 13 tinder boxes, 8 burgers, and 17 frozen things at 10:20 pm 🙂

This location is amazing!!! We aren’t local and we spent the lake. After getting turned around and lost (that’s a whole story in itself lol)….and what should have been over at 7pm, we didn’t get home until 9:30pm. There were 17 kids ready to eat! They close at 10:30. We showed up at 10:15 and they still made us 13 chicken baskets, 6 burgers, and 17 ice creams with a smile. And the food was out within 20 mins. They even put the ice cream in the flash freezer since we had to drive it home. Thanks to the staff working there who were so nice!

Floor was a little sticky but not surprised people drop ice cream all day and hard to keep it from getting sticky during business hours but definitely worth it. Especially when vermont doesn’t have one anymore. Staff was excellent as well

Do not visit this location ever! Lack of leadership is astonishing! Upper management should be fired immediately. You leave your staff drowning like this. We ordered two chicken strip baskets in the drive thru. We ordered at 4:27 did not receive food until 5:06 food was cold when we received it. They evidently can’t give refunds at this location!! District Manager and GM should be ashamed!! You both should be terminated!!!

I don’t live in a rich community and most of us are just barley scrapping by . So it’s very heartbreaking when my son asks for a medium blizzard and that small half empty 16oz cup that I paid almost $7 for was gone before we could even get back on the highway. You need to adjust prices to match pay scales in community’s like mine. Sonic sells a medium blast wich is same thing for less and it’s way bigger (20oz) filled to the top. And please don’t send back some face comment that says your sorry, no one believes that

If I could I’d make it a no star because the drive thru was so backed up there was no way out of there and we had to back all the way out and go in and there was nobody at the register to take care of any customers. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
