I went inside for a to go order. I simply don’t di druve thru. I waited several minutes for my order to be taken and then waited about 15 minutes for my sundae and shakes. The sundae had been made several minutes before the shake and was already melting. To top it off, I had to go behind the counter to retrieve my order,as Instructed by the employee

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a banana split. I had to wait for my order while other cars drove through. No explanation on what I was holding for. About 15 minutes after receiving the food I was able to eat. The burger was a mess with all the ingredients slipping out. Huge pieces of onion which overwhelmed all other flavors. Saddest of all, the banana split was off. The whipped cream had an odd texture, almost like it dried out on top. The ice cream was also off from every other of probably 100’s of DQ experiences spanning multiple states and time periods. Normally when I scoop into the ice cream it has mass and resists the spoon. It makes me wonder if the ice cream was watered down or not mixed properly. I’ve literally never had this experience before with DQ ice cream. I will not be returning to this location.

We first came to this location in March. We’ve now been back 2 more times. Every visit is perfect. Our food freshly cooked and good, our desserts great, staff welcoming and was a nice place to dine in.

Everytime I’ve been here food is always great and fresh never being cold or soggy! The lady who usually takes my order is amazing, great attitude everytime !

I bought a large vanilla cone at this location. It was not the quality I expect from DQ. The ice cream had the consistency of whip cream. It tasted like they put a bunch of air in the mix and it wasn’t very cold like ice cream usually is Very disappointed. I will never go back. On the bright side the service was great… just terrible product.

The lady who took her order was extremely polite and helpful. If I were to ever come back she’s the only reason why. In the hour that we were here, I never saw more than one person inside… they were going back and forth outside?? When I went to get dessert, one lady grabbed our coupons crumble them up and throw them in the trash as I was trying to tell her that I would like my cones chocolate dipped she walks away didn’t register to me whether she heard me or not and then put the cones on the top of the counter where it’s supposed to be employees only and told me to have a nice day so I had to go around the counter and grab my cones. I think you need me emplyees…. what are they doing over there by the dumpsters, and smoking right outside the front door!!

Each time I come here the wait is extremely long even when there is only two cars in line (minus 1 star). When I finally get to give my order I always ask that no onion or tomato be put on my burgers (I don’t eat it neither does my son) but what do
I see on my burgers every time… onion & tomato (minus another star). Yes I can just take it off but I asked that it never be put there in the first place my receipt even shows I asked that no onion or tomato be on my burger so the employee heard my request to exclude it but didn’t acknowledge it. plus I can taste the onion on the food even after I remove it from my burger it’s annoying to say the least. I won’t say DQ is a bad place it absolutely is not I’m just disappointed that I have to wait forever for my food then it’s not the way I requested it to be when I paid for it. The fries, drink, & blizzards are always great though

Husband ordered our son a DAIRY FREE dilly bar, due to his dairy ALLERGY. Employee repeated dairy free and rang it up as dairy free. An employee of DQ pulled the dilly bar and gave a FOUR YEAR OLD WITH A DAIRY ALLERGY a DAIRY dilly bar. Thankfully it was quickly caught by Mom and anti-histamines were immediately given. We haven’t tried ice-cream in months and likely won’t again. Ordering dairy free isn’t a preference, it can be life or death.

My son’s soccer team stopped at this DQ after a weekend tournament. It was unplanned, and we all piled in to the surprise of the staff. We got mostly ice cream desserts with some families adding dinner as well. I was amazed at how quickly they got the orders completed for our large crowd. We all enjoyed our visit. Cheers to the manager and staff for a great experience!
