Amazing!! The food is so good and the owners are so friendly. My husband has been stopping here whenever he’s up here for work and sending me pictures of the Italian Stallion. I finally got to come with him and this place definitely lived up to his hype. My Meatball Grinder had homemade meatballs on homemade bread. I tasted the buffalo chicken calzone as well and it was delicious!

So I came here with good expectations. Waited for 30 minutes to get food, eggplant grinder and meat pie. Dining in. Place caters to take out orders. There were only 1 other in house diner sitting besides myself. 30 minutes is way to long. Food was decent.

I’m a new Rhodey resident and recently saw someone recommend The Italian Stallion at Little Country Pizza and I had to try it for myself! When it came to order, there were so many delicious sounding options that my friend & I decided to split 2 – The Italian Stallion and The Smokey & the Bandit Sam zones (see picture). The food was out of this world, melt in your face brisket!
Also, the owner took time to go over gluten free options and explain how they make nearly everyone in-house, so it can be controlled.
Thank you, LCP, you have won my heart (through my stomach) and my business as my go to pizza place and catering!

This place is awesome. If you’re going to take the trip then try a Samzone. I personally like the Italian Stallion. They make everything from scratch and the dough and sauce they use for their pizzas is some of the best I’ve ever had. Also their desserts are amazing. The owners are genuinely great people. You should definitely make the trip!

Found this gem of a place when I took a class in the area a year ago. I went in and said I had never been there before. Jen recommended The Italian Stallion. A cheese calzone, topped with cheese and pepperoni cooked, then cut open and stuffed with Italian cold cuts like an Italian grinder! I ordered it along with their homemade lemonade. It was fantastic!!! I regularly make the 35 minute drive back it was that good, often on my motorcycle when the weather is nice. Super friendly staff and great fantastic food.

My husband and I drove to Rhode Island, RI for the first time without any purpose this Sunday.

Came across this pizza shop by chance and it was amazing. Have you ever had a sandwich pizza? It looks like pizza on the outside, but there are a variety of wild vegetables on the inside that are nutritionally balanced and delicious. This is a restaurant run by the owner of Lebeanon. It is very special, and their desserts will make you unable to stop eating them. Delicious hair salon can be described If you have a chance to try it, you will definitely not be disappointed I am a foodie I am very picky about food but this restaurant I love this store so much

Food is absolutely incredible! Homemade dough, homemade sauce, crispy pepperoni, what more could you ask for??? Atmosphere got a 3 because it is a pizza joint and it is small in there so no big expectations but the food speaks for itself! Family owned so you know you are getting the best they can put out. Also, don’t skip out on their Greek Desserts at the counter like their baklava or others as they are some of the best I have ever had!

Wings are smoked then flash friend for some crispiness and have an amazing flavor. I usually go with plain and add my own sauce but the bbq is amazing there too!

Don’t forget about the Italian Stallion, this truly lives up to the hype! It is a Italian Grinder (sub for those of you not from RI) sandwiched inside of their homemade pizza dough with light cheese and crispy pepperoni on the outside…see my photos for some drool material!

Head over there now and support this family owned homemade style business which there are few left out there these days!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered a meatball Samzone, a pepperoni pizza, and an Italian Stallion. The meatball samzone was excellent, great crust and very nice flavor. The pizza was very good, a nicely done crust and nice sauce. The Italian Stallion was for my neighbor and he and his two kids loved it. It was an hour old when they got it and they still thoroughly enjoyed it. And the owner Jen, was a really nice person and certainly added to the experience. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 9.1.

This is gonna be long but they deserve this much attention!

Made the trek from Boston to Exeter after hearing about Little Country Pizza and OH MY SWEET FREAKIN’ BABY JEEBUS IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE!

The place is immaculate. Plenty of seating and every table is spotless. The small bar area is well stocked and they have a great selection of beers and beverages.

The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Jen. Definitely A+ for customer service.

We ordered 2 small Samzones.
The Italian Stallion and the Greek Freak.
A small is HUGE! There’s is no skimping on fillers.
These things were like works of art.

Once we finally got done admiring then we took our first bite. When I tell you it’s like biting into a piece of heaven I mean it.

The dough was perfectly cooked and had the best crisp. It’s not overwhelmingly thick so you really get an enjoyable bite of everything. Like I said before, they don’t skimp on fillings.

The side of taziki we got with our Greek Freak was absolutely some of the BEST I’ve ever had. Flavor was the perfect balance of garlic and cucumber and the consistency was thick, not soupy like some places. It was so good we bought a pint!

When Jen came to check on how we were doing and asked how everything was I told her that it was like “sex in a sandwich”. Yeah… perhaps a little crass but I meant it. That’s how amazing everything was.

After that statement, Chef Pierre came out to say Hi because appreciated the sentiment.

We were lucky enough to get a taste of his homemade hot sauce. This stuff blows every other hot sauce out of the water. Perfect balance of savory, smoke, and heat.
He definitely knows how to cook and you can tell he’s passionate about every single thing he prepares.

From the minute we walked in to the moment we left we experienced nothing but absolute greatness!
I HIGHLY recommend everyone make the trek and fill your bellies with ALL of the deliciousness that they make!
