Not that anyone working here has ever care, but this is officially the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever stepped foot near. Today (2/19/2026 at 3:30 PM), my fiancé and I got treated like we personally inconvenienced the universe by… ordering food. Wild, I know. (There wasn’t even another car in line .. just us )

We paid the lady at the window — smooth, normal, no issues. Then out of nowhere, this man swings the window open like he’s about to deliver breaking news and goes, “What am I looking for?”

Sir… what? We’re sitting there confused because he was barely even looked in our direction so we thought he wasn’t talking to us. Then he waves his headset around like it’s a cursed artifact and says, “I just got handed this thing. I don’t know what I’m looking for, so what do you need?” All with the attitude of someone being forced at gunpoint to hand us a Blizzard.

I’ve worked in fast food for years, and I promise you: basic human decency is not this hard. But apparently at this location, kindness is an optional add‑on they don’t offer. I understand bad days but.. the people ordering from you have bad days too.

This place already has a reputation, and now I get it. This is the first negative restaurant review I’ve ever written, and I’m sure they’ll respond with their usual copy‑paste “We hope your next experience is better” nonsense. It won’t be at this location.

Add another one star review to the board.

Placed a mobile order and arrived to no food being ready. In fact, they did not have record of my order at all. I showed them the app and email confirmation showing the order, which was met with skepticism from the employee. I went through that for 5 minutes while she was on the phone with her boss at which time she said that I could wait in my car while they check another system.

If you’re looking for convenience and fast food, then I hope you have better luck than me.

I have ordered 3 kids cheese burger combos, number 5 combo and number 7 combo. They prepared my kids meals and they stated making other customers orders then after 38 minutes they made my last two combos. I told the girl that works there I don’t want Bacon on my burger. They did put bacon and they removed it but they forgot few pieces. My sandwich look does not look like a cheese burger at all . The bread is soaked with sauce and the cheese is not melted. The lettuce is all over the sandwich. The kids ice cream was melted by the time they finished. They kept telling me the meat is cooking while they were making other customers orders . Customers who ordered after me. The employees handling the food with no gloves. One of the employees was grabbing onion rings with his hands. I wonder if the franchise care about this location. Some type of people are not meant to be for this type of business. Hygiene cannot be taught. It’s natural. And this crew is far away from hygiene. The meat was not cooked. If you accept to work in the restaurant field. You should have some kind of integrity and handle every order as if it was yours. The employees of this shift far away from that. That would be our last order for sure.

Me and my boyfriend went here today to get some icecream after looking at houses. The service was not friendly or fast. A group of 5 people walked in 10 minutes after us and all got their icecream before us. When we finally did get our ice cream after they FORGOT about us my sundae had the most minuscule amount of hot fudge on it. I wasn’t even going to bother trying to ask for more because the lady making the ice cream seemed so hostile. Not a good experience AT ALL!

This place is very inconsistent. I’ve been several times and I’d say it’s about 40% shot your blizzard will be right. I’ve had a fully melted blizzard given to me. I’ve had them “flip” over the blizzard and had some slop out onto the ground and they just do nothing. I once made the mistake of ordering a side of their cheese curds and many were not fully fried and were cold on the inside. The latest we got was a large blizzard not even close to full, 2.5 inches low and not the mint Oreo we ordered. The times I’ve been when there wasn’t a problem have been fine, when the blizzard is made right it’s great, but it’s rare that they get it right at this Dairy Queen.

Ordered a small dip cone and a medium dip cone. They are the same. The same ice cream and the same size cone so volume wise the exact same amount of ice cream. I don’t expect intelligence when I order through drive through but I expect common knowledge that a medium is larger and cost more than a small. Pointed it out and the worker said one is larger. No. Just no.
