Easily overlooked but you shouldn’t. I forget how good the hamburgers and fries are! This location is a bit hidden so maybe that’s why it wasn’t crowded at lunch but they obviously have enough business to stay open. I know this location has been here for several years. Great service, well maintained/clean store.

The food that I ordered was very good, but they have changed their menu, and you can’t get grilled chicken sandwiches anymore, which was my favorite. But, it is very well kept up, and the help is really good.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughters 16th birthday to be picked up. When I get to the store they bring out a all pink cake that is plain and has happy 16th Alyssa on it. The cake is not what I ordered at all. The order I placed was supposed to have a kitten on it and the borders were supposed to be green…. There was no kitten on it and the whole cake was completely pink… The only thing I asked for to be pink was the words but everything else was supposed to be green because green is my daughters favorite color so why the person who decorated it took it up on themselves to make it all pink is beyond me. It said specifically for the borders to be GREEN. When I asked about the kitten they said they can’t put that on their cakes!!!!! Why am I allowed to order a cake from the company website with a kitten on it when the cake decorator isn’t even capable of doing it? I literally had to have my daughter come pick out a new cake a hour before her birthday party and we couldn’t even get her name on it because no one knows what to do. The experience was a complete joke… I paid a lot of money for a cake my daughter wasn’t even happy with because no one at that location is capable of doing their job correctly. I wanted my daughters sweet 16 birthday cake to be memorable for her but it honestly just turned out to be a nightmare and waste of my time. I will not order another cake from here and I will let everyone I know not to either. Bruster’s will be the only place I go to from now on.

Ordered a small dip cone and a medium dip cone. They are the same. The same ice cream and the same size cone so volume wise the exact same amount of ice cream. I don’t expect intelligence when I order through drive through but I expect common knowledge that a medium is larger and cost more than a small. Pointed it out and the worker said one is larger. No. Just no.

The blizzards are good but the same girl is always at the window and is so rude everytime. I was literally in the middle of ordering and she said “will that be all” in a rude tone when I was in the middle of talking. When we got to the window, she just said the total and handed us our blizzards and when I said thank you she just shut the window. It’s always like this when she is there.

This place is very inconsistent. I’ve been several times and I’d say it’s about 40% shot your blizzard will be right. I’ve had a fully melted blizzard given to me. I’ve had them “flip” over the blizzard and had some slop out onto the ground and they just do nothing. I once made the mistake of ordering a side of their cheese curds and many were not fully fried and were cold on the inside. The latest we got was a large blizzard not even close to full, 2.5 inches low and not the mint Oreo we ordered. The times I’ve been when there wasn’t a problem have been fine, when the blizzard is made right it’s great, but it’s rare that they get it right at this Dairy Queen.
