Food wasn’t up to par. I would have asked for a refund after my first few bites but I don’t live in the area and didn’t want to waste more of my gas or money due to their behalf. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took over 15 mins just to get my food….cold food. They even said sorry for the wait. But why was there a wait? Nobody was inside and I was the only car. Wanted to try the new Mediterranean wrap because it looked amazing but was highly disappointed. Took over ten mins to make this cold wrap and there was barely any chicken. Highly disappointed. Tasted like I was eating a vegetarian wrap. Won’t ever be back. You can see in the picture one small piece of chicken compared to all the lettuce. Over $10 wrap for just lettuce. Smh

To provolone or not to provolone, is your only option. To suffer the outrageous lack of choice, No Swiss. No Cheddar. No American. Just a white slice of something mascarading as cheese called provolone. The provolone was on the sandwich but the taste of provolone failed to get onboard. Why is the bread cold? Can cold bread be fresh? Are toasters that expensive? Then there was the ham. I am reasonably sure the ham was ham, or at least 51% was ham. Perhaps mixed, pressed, formed and injected? I don’t know. I know it was not my type of ham. Hopefully, your mileage will vary. Try the place. You might like it. You can entertain yourself with the new paint covering the old Arby’s design.

What’s not to love about JJ’s?? I got the Italian Night Club, and it was amazing just like always. The service was the best part because everyone had such a good attitude with friendly smiles. I only interacted with two workers, one at the cashier and another person who brought me my order, but everyone was really nice. Oh, and of course, the order came out fast as heck. I literally said “Damn that was fast” when I got my order of 5 sandwiches

I asked for no onions. My sandwich was loaded with onions. Didn’t notice till I got home called the store. He wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there so he could remake it. I didn’t have time for that and I also drive a Yukon a big SUV. I asked him if he was gonna Reimburse my gas. He just laughed So I asked him if I brought the sandwich back up there could he just reimburse me for the sandwich because I did not want another one from that store and he told me no The sandwich was just slopped together I will never go back to that store again or any Jimmy John’s for that matter

I haven’t been in Jimmy John’s in years, and I remembered it tasting relatively good. Today, I went by there to grab a quick bite for lunch via drive thru. Although the service was nice, the food was disgusting! The sandwich was something I could have easily made at home and it would have tasted way better, the pickle had a bitter disgusting after taste, and the root beer I got tasted like toilet water with carbonated bubbles. I’m not sure what’s up with the food, but if you’re going to be charging people $10 plus combos make sure the food taste good. Such a waste of my time, money, and lunch was ruined. Never going back again, only gave one star for food because I had too.
