The young lady who took my order was nice and pleasant. The manager was rude to the young lady taking my order. You can see the order on the screens in the back and he kept pestering her about did she charge me for the toppings on the ice cream, which she did. She also relayed to him what I wanted with my order because it’s not an option on the screen and he was snippy with her about that. He definitely didn’t make me feel like a wanted customer. Didn’t speak or anything, only wanted to bother the young lady. He’s the reason I hardly visit this location. He needs to work on his mannerisms. He also seemed to have an attitude because I used a bogo coupon for my order that was offered in the DQ app. Treat your workers with dignity and make work pleasant for them.

Very clean facility. The employee (I think his name is Jake) was very polite and accommodating. While other locations seem annoyed by me using the app and rewards, he encouraged it. He overheard my little boy complaining about not having cheese on his burger, so he brought a piece out. All the staff was attentive. Soda machine had tons of fizz. Seemed like they took care of their stuff.

Love their food. Always friendly service.
Dining area is always clean.
However, recently they have been drive through only. Drive thru is great if you need that, but we prefer going in, sitting down and talking while we eat. What’s up on Morgan Road, seems that you never have dine in anymore. We were by there 3 times this week and ended up somewhere else.

Excellent food! Very friendly servers. They even brought our food out to our table. No chair it’s part of the Texaco, but it is really separate. There’s plenty of place to sit and eat.

If I could give zero stars I would. They had a special going for a free cheeseburger for cheeseburger day. You had to order a min purchase in app to get it. When app would not work, they said they are not in control of the app and just walked away from us. This is after we stood at counter for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or coming to take our order. The man was quite rude and literally just told us it wasn’t his fault thr app didn’t work and walking away. We left and went to eat somewhere else that appreciates their customers. I won’t be going back.

Food rating is based on blizzards only! Always tasty! Super friendly staff! I never go inside but it is attached to a gas station, so the atmosphere is ehh. Drive through is going around the back of the building. But it works. Definitely one of favorite places.

Me and three friends ordered at the Drive-Thru Saturday night. All four orders were made correctly, the fries were hot/fresh and the shakes were delicious! Plus the service was AMAZING. The guy who took our order and cashed us out was extra friendly and he definitely
went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was a great one- and it definitely was! We will all be back very soon!!! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!!
✴✴UPDATE: I have visited this DQ 3 more times since my first review, and I have no complaints, however, on my third visit the gentleman working Drive Thru handed me the milkshakes I ordered without any whipped cream on them, and when I told him that they were missing whipped cream, he looked at me rather quizzically and asked “Do you WANT whipped cream?”
Me: Yes, please. Don’t they come with whipped cream?
He didn’t respond to my direct question but he did add whipped cream and the shakes, as well as the food, were delicious so I have no complaints.
