Great Dairy Queen! It’s completely remodeled inside and clean, bathrooms look like you’re in a nice restaurant, amazing for a DQ. Service is great, because here’s the deal, I ordered a couple cheeseburgers and they were not very hot for some reason. But usually that’s where the story ends, but not here. I brought them back to the counter and they cheerfully replaced them with fresh hot burgers! That’s how a restaurant is supposed to be run, they handled it cheerfully and the new burgers were amazing. Cmon down here and get yourself a cheeseburger and a soft serve, you’ll be glad you did.

First I would like to say I completely loved this businesses when it was run by the short white Gentleman, I never knew they changed leadership but I did move last July. And haven’t been to this location on Missouri since.
Ok so I order the flame thrower meal, mind you they did not ask me single or double this is important! As I will later find out when I get home and realize. Extra tomato regular cheese curds, large coke!

I get my drink, it’s wrong. Not coke, Cherry Coke
Then I get my blizzard I try to explain get ignored and pacified, like with the Gm saying “what you want another?” I say No as long as my food is correct!
Get my food I leave. Get home I have two patties I didn’t order a double burger? Two tomatoes im like that’s extra? I’m like now wonder why my meal was over $20 and they charged for extra in my blizzard the cone dip yes but doesn’t two choices come in a blizzard? What a mess! By this time I’m upset. I call they send me to voicemail so I call back a woman answers she immediately has an attitude problem with me and is argumentative telling me I did something wrong at the drive thru and ordered in correctly lol. So then with her inexperience of customer service I politely asked to speak to her general manager. Mind you this gentleman named Harris I believe was even worse! This store has completely went downhill. He shift blamed that I didn’t know Dairy Queen’s menu, then I brought up over charging me on my blizzard compared to Gulf to bay location and he Intimidately stated we don’t give things out for free! At this point I thought to myself this is horrendous and whoever hired these individuals need some more training on customer service skills I will never ever come back to this location Terrible, terrible business completely downhill no accountability for overcharging either! I got a peanut butter buster parfait at dairy Queen recently and it was delicious! It was so hot that day and this was so tasty and refreshing It has vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and peanuts! I suggest you try one and I would definitely go back here again!

I ordered 3 of the tender baskets, upon receiving my order I asked Danielle for a few more ketchups since the ketchup dispenser inside was empty. She said very rudely that there was 2 ketchups in each box, i said i understood but my kids use 2 ketchup for the fries and would like some more fore their tenders she said no, company policy is 2 packets per customer. I said to her well then can you refill the self service ketchup station and she said no, don’t you see we are out. Danielle is very rude and even tho the food was okay we would not return to this location with that nasty and unprofessional and very unpleasant attitude.

I’ve been to the drive thru twice and didnt get food either time because service was so slow. Both times only 1 customer in front of me. Had to finally leave after extremely long wait. Poor communication. If a person in line has an issue, why hold up the entire line? Ask them to park and keep things moving. Moot point now because we will never be back

came to get food and decided to go inside so i don’t have to do a u turn with all the traffic on Missouri to get home like i usually do, there’s always problems. Went to go inside and they have a sign saying that their lobby is closed 2-3pm Monday through Friday, which im assuming is because of the school across the street. This inconveniences everyone, even the students who have to wait on their rides, and could be giving the business more money, or if it is because of the school don’t allow the students to come inside like how when i went to clearwater they never did anything like this on any location on gulf to bay they were smart about business. The drive through line then wrapped around the building and just completely inconvenienced my travel time and day. I support this place very often and this is something that will cause me to not want to come here any more. 30 minutes+ waisted to get FAST FOOD. I work in a fast food place myself and i just don’t think that was the smartest decision, what about the people who don’t have cars and can’t go through a drive thru.

If I am able to visually count your French fries that you give with a meal that is a problem and also the chicken tenders that look as if they come from a Cornish hen that’s definitely a problem. The location on Park boulevard is so much better will not be back to this one.

Kyle the operation manager was wonderful! Very kind and friendly! The food was good, service was awesome, place was very clean, and probably the fastest and best service I have ever had at a Dairy Queen! Kyle is the definition of great customer service! He deserves a raise!

When we discovered this dairy Queen in Largo we were ecstatic that they played Christian music! Just came back today after being gone for about a month and they’re playing anything but Christian music. What happened?! Please bring it back!!! Bring back the Christian music.

Worst place ever!! I have NEVER had a correct order!! It’s ALWAYS half incorrect AND half missing!! Ive even picked up blizzards that were half full! Manager is just a kid who doesn’t know ANYTHING. He says he doesn’t even know how the mobile orders work. I habe wasted more $$ here than I’ve eaten.
