I stopped at the Dairy Queen and Blackshear probably pass it thousands of times but never stopped at it before but I was hungry and I went in and the service was absolutely friendly it’s a nice little place and I bought my lunch to eat in unfortunately I got a call and had to go pick up a customer so I took my lunch with me she fixed it and repacked it for me and it was very good I really enjoyed it I love the service there love the people there they were really nice and very accommodating and the restaurant looked to be very clean I highly recommend the Dairy Queen in Blackshear Georgia

Bunch of teenagers up here that care nothing for customer service just like every place else in blackshear. I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes until finally driving around. Nobody else in line behind me. Then they said my truck was too heavy for them to sense it when in front of me were two trucks much larger than mine. Children.

This restaurant used to have order and was clean and cared for. Now your food order will be shouted over the restaurant. Our burgers were red and uneatable, the fries were barely cooked, I asked for ketchup for 3 combos was given 2 packs. Cashier stood their at counter after I paid for our order and refused to give us cups until asked. The staff needs training and standards set. For the safety of their customers they need to be cooking food to full recommended times. And caring for the restaurant and cleaning and following protocols.

Much better than McDonald’s. Hamburgers and hot dogs are good. The ice cream is sublime. If you do the drive thru and own a dog when ordering ice cream be sure to ask for a pup cup. My dogs love this little treat.
