Ordered curbside and when I arrived, the phone was “off the hook” so I had to walk inside to get my order. After waiting a while some kid came over and I had to show him my order twice because they couldn’t find it. Finally he brought me my order and when I arrived home, 2 of the the burgers were prepared wrong (1 plainer and 1 no peppercorn sauce) and the kids won’t eat them so it was just a big waste of money. Also, no ice in the drinks. The email confirmation says to call the same number as the curbside number and it just says no one is available. I should’ve just burnt a $50 bill because this DQ is horrible and apparently doesn’t care about their customers. We will never be back and only live 5 minutes down the road.

I love DQ, but this one has failed to get my order right every time we come at night. The lunch crew seems to be well trained, but the night crew seems to have no quality control. In addition the kitchen that you can see from the window looks dirty with trash and food across the floors. Burgers and fries typically taste like they’re cooked in old oil or uncleaned griddles.

Despite the negative reviews, this place is pretty good for being a Dairy Queen. Every time I go they get my order correct and the food is delicious. Workers are fairly nice, nothing special. There is sometimes a very long wait, though, even with no other customers they may take a while to make the food. At least they’re not using precooked food that’s already cold. I usually get my food very hot and obviously freshly cooked, blizzards unmelted. Only had one bad experience here after coming here for years, so I say that’s a win. Fast food is fast food, people. You can’t expect luxury!

I tried to purchase a milkshake with cotton candy candies in it from your pathetic location. I was told by the MANAGER who has a very terrible attitude (yelling and raising her voice) that it would be a 1.50 up charge. I informed her that there was a shamrock milkshake in February that used the same candies and I was never charged extra. She proceeded to call me a liar that it never existed.

Today I ordered chicken strips, fries and a Oreo blizzard . I sat in the drive through line almost 20 minutes . My food was room temperature and wasn’t hot at all. My blizzard was melted as if it was sitting there the entire time I waited in the line . I asked for fresh food and a new blizzard. The Caucasian man with the blue t-shirt that labeled himself as the shift lead and refused to let me speak with a manager . Stating his managers name is “AJ” & he wasn’t here . He asked me to pull up with an attitude and of course I said no . I had already waited in line for 20 minutes . He slammed the window shut and 30 seconds later gave me the same exact food with even less fries. & the exact same melted blizzard with a lid on it this time. I went inside and asked for more fries and a different worker gave me more , just for the fries to be cold as well. Waiting isn’t a problem for me, but at least serve fresh hot food . And don’t get an attitude when a customer wants quality when that’s what they’re paying for. That shift lead needs more training became his attitude is not that of a leader at all.

Ordered a fish combo and asked for cheese Xtra pickles and Xtra tartar sauce and my daughter ordered the flame thrower combo with some onion rings with the Buffalo sauce they didn’tput her sandwich in the bag, my sandwich didn’t have nothing I asked for on it so when I took it back in to get what I asked for the lady and the manager had an attitude took my sandwich loaded it with tartar sauce and still didn’t put the cheese on it the Buffalo sauce expired last year December and the fries was burned, bad decision eating there. I wish they allow you to give a lower score 1 isn’t low enough.
