UPDATE: Reduced my previous rating from 2 stars to one star. I am tired of giving this establishment a chance but my husband refuses to stop going since it’s basically the only ice cream in town.
Came home and my blizzard was absolutely melted. I live threee minutes away by car. It has been in my freezer for THREE HOURS now and is still soup!
My husband can continue coming here if he wants but from now on I’ll be just buying ice cream from the super market and making my own desserts.

This review is based on the last 6 months. The ice cream has been subpar in our opinion. It already feels melted when handed over to us.
If i were to give a piece of advice for a day like today…..on a 97° day, don’t make the ice cream until the customer gets to the window. Our ice creams were melted before we left the parking lot.

Food is usually done right when I visit here… We ordered two fish sandwich meals. We requested extra tarter sauce one and cheese on the other. Neither sandwich was done right. We ask for no ice in the drinks and ice was still put in the drinks.

I came through the drive through earlier for dinner (and dessert) for me and the kids, and everything was absolutely on point. Despite there being a couple cars in front of me and the amount of food I ordered, I was in and out of that drive thru in no time. The employees who took my order/gave me my food were friendly and patient while I ordered. When we got home the food was hot and delicious. I frequent this DQ because it’s close to my work and home and I always get great service here. This DQ has their stuff together better than any other fast food spot in Griffin. I highly recommend memorial drive DQ for a quick meal/treat.

I took my granddaughter out for lunch and didn’t spend too much on it. It was hot outside(in June) and thought a lunch with some ice cream for dessert would do the trick, and it did. Loved it! Good eats at a good restaurant with someone you love, you can’t top that!

Usually have amazing service. Last few times I go on lunch and grab a mini blizzard cotton candy. From the picture it’s pink. The last few times I have purchase it the blizzard is white. I ask the lady if this was the same because most times it’s really pink. She said it was because whomever made it put more syrup that she did in it. I asked if she could put more and she did. No problem. Went back the next day. Same issue. They corrected it no issue. Today I went and same problem. I asked for extra syrup so I would have to deal with them giving me side eyes for having to correct the blizzard because it looks nothing like the photos they advertise and was charged for extra toppings. Learned my lesson and will not return. Don’t advertise, especially with a photo and then charge more when I question its differences. It’s not just a coloring it’s a flavoring. So yes there is a taste difference between the 2. The lady that came over to the window went to the register and made sure I was charged for it when she wasn’t even working the register. The gentleman apologized several times. Again, lost my business. I may buy another to post the picture of how they are selling them.

The food was fast food good, but the service was a little confused on who’s job it was to do what. One girl took my order and went to getting out cups but didn’t make the drinks or hand them to me to get my sweet tea. Another girl looked at the first confused (I guess why she didn’t make the drinks or hand me the cups to make drinks) and the ice cream order took 5 min to figure out which one of the two was suppose to make the ice cream order. The 2nd girl finally gave in and made them. It was laurel and hardy comical to watch them and it didn’t take too long but it was 10 min waiting on a 2 min order.

Hi. I visited today 06/15 and got the 2 DBL Cheese Originals. For one, ONE would have been 6.20 ALONE. So we went for the 2 for $7. Both were VERYYYY undercooked & i am paying the consequences of such now. Couldn’t eat them. I tried to call the number on the receipt & web (same), but there is a msg saying it is unavailable. Can someone please get in contact with me to resolve this. I am not from the area. Thanks.
