Terrible service. I was waiting for about 7 minutes for my snow cone while nobody was even on the floor. If you zoom into the counter on the left you can see my snow cone sitting there. While waiting for my snow cone I could hear all 3 employees in the back just chit chatting, with the female employee being the absolute loudest one. I understand they’re kids but if they’re going to be working they should understand basic restaurant etiquette. Was not a great experience and was very disappointed with the service.

Glad they opened one in prosper! I craved these during my pregnancies. Variety of flavors at an affordable price! Best go to in summer. Sizes great for toddlers (baby size) up to adults (massive cup).

Went to Bahama bucks tonight . Got here at 854pm, I was told the inside was closed . But DT was open until 930 okay – no problem . As I rolled up to the intercom, there was ONE car at the window . I wasn’t greeted for over 5 minutes . And when I was finally greeted the young man with at the window said “one moment” . When it was time for me to finally order I told the gentlemen what I wanted . He didn’t hear me, I repeated myself , he said he still couldn’t hear me . I repeated myself, YET again , he still couldn’t hear me . How loud do I need to be to place an order ? My voice isn’t low . I don’t believe I should have to get out of my vehicle for this young man to hear me . How many times do I have to repeat myself ? 2 flavors in one cup . At that point I just backed out of the drive thru because I couldn’t go forward because the car that was in DT was still sitting at the window after 10 minutes . I mean it’s slow, it’s one car . What could possibly be happening with one car at the window for that long ?
I was hoping to have a great treat tonight from there, but they’ve got to work on mannerism and customer service skills . Saying “what” to a customer is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Best idea for icy’s. This is nothing ordinary, the concept of ice cream in an icy with sprinkles, whip cream and a cherry!!!! Im and adult but felt like a kid again. The smoothies are phenomenal as well.

Disappointed. Visited twice and both times all of our snowcones were very dry with not enough syrup. The inside of the snowcones were white, just ice. We had to ask for extra syrup at the drive thru window, got them back and grabbed a spoonful only to get white ice again. Had to go inside and ask for extra syrup again. I’ve never had this problem before at other locations.

I was very hesitant to go to this location given the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. We did arrive about 30mins after they opened so that may make a difference. It did take a while to get our snowcones but not an exorbitant amount of time. I do consider what we ordered speciality cones so I expected it to take a little more time. They were as expected, soft ice, plenty of syrup throughout and plenty of toppings. We will return!

-the scanner for rewards has worked once in the many times I’ve visited. Instead of “our scanner isn’t working right now” being the response from staff each time, it might be more helpful to just nix the scanner and solely enter phone numbers for rewards. Having the response repeatedly be “our scanner isn’t working right now” gives the impression that something is broken but there is no intent to fix it
The biggest pain point for me is the extremely slow service, especially compared to fast food restaurants that are cooking or heating up food and to mom and pop snowball shops that also serve food such as hot dogs, nachos etc. The flavor keeps us coming back but hopefully the feedback will also be taken into consideration!
