My family and I have always had very positive experiences here. The staff are extremely friendly and always make a point to greet us and get to know us. The manager is great–personable and always upbeat. Design of the store is good for getting together with friends or studying. They’ve also always had in stock what we wanted to order. Overall just a great place to relax, eat, and make connections.

A great location and a very attractively designed restaurant. My cranberry orange muffin was perfection and my daughter loved her chicken soups in a bread bowl. The food was hot and fast. The service was friendly. Way to go, Panera!

It’s probably been a year since I’ve visited this location. But, I was going to visit the location later today, based on the reviews I think I’ll not go. There is a ownership problem at this location. Managers change, staff changes but there is still an ongoing problem. The constant, owner, needs to change. So either Panera needs to protect their brand or the owner needs to sell the location

I ordered a frontega chicken sandwich through the drive through. I paid $8 for a sandwich with 2 dime size pieces of chicken. I went in to the panera to speak to the manager. She refunded the sandwich and took it back but did not offer to remake it. She even admitted “it looks like theu forgot to put it on”. I will not be back.

I frequently visit for breakfast or lunch and most times my orders are incorrect or made wrong but I really don’t have time to cause a scene or draw attention to the issue. This morning my bagel was super hard and I thought it was just me so I had one of my nurses try it to make sure I wasn’t being dramatic and she complained as well. It was really hard and overly toasted and I’m just upset since It was a simple order.

The lady at the drive through was incredibly kind. Kep (I hope I’m spelling her name right) had a warm atmosphere and went the extra mile to get me a drink. I wish her the best and hope this review gives her some kind of bonus.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I went there for lunch today & ordered a chicken salad sandwich, a strawberry salad and a kids mac n cheese. $35 later, I got a sandwich that was 90% bread and lettuce, no sauce, and the tinietinyest little “scoop” of chicken salad ever! Half of the sandwich didn’t even have any chicken salad on it. The strawberry salad was filled with wilted, damp field greens and almost no chicken. While ordering in the drive through the girl was super rushed and pushy. This was a total waste of a trip. Never going back.

Normally I love Panera’s salads, but this time it was far from edible. There is obviously a quality inspection issue. From my lunch today I found numerous amounts of rotted cabbage in my salad. Not entirely sure if it’s mold or not but it looks absolutely rotten. Not sure if it’s just this location or what but I definitely will not order from this location again.
