The place was not busy and I ordered 3 banana splits and asked if the toppings could be placed separately. I wanted to add them before serving. Of course, they could not do that it would take effort and they did not want to put the toppings in 3 seperate containers. Lazy people…by the time I got home I had a nice soupy mess…yummy!! $ 21.00 for a the runny, nasty ice cream mess . I typically do not go to Dairy Queen because of bad experiences and the price you pay for the terrible experiences. I do not want the employees of Dairy Queen to sweat.

Worst experience to date at Dairy Queen. Went in today, place wasn’t busy but the chairs in the lobby were still on the tables at 12:55pm. I ordered 2 combos and an extra chili dog. When the order was ready several minutes later, we got the food and left. Upon arriving back home we realized the hot dog was left out. We returned and asked for everything to be remade because this was more than 30 minutes later. The employees seemed to agree. Several minutes later we received that same food in new boxes. Cold burgers and cold fries with a few new ones on top for false heat. This is upsetting because they could have told us they wouldn’t remake the food. I would have requested my money back and that would have been the end of it. But to try to trick me as if I can’t tell that you only changed the boxes is ridiculous. First and last time going to this location. Very disappointing.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen, especially since I was stolen from by the “manager”. I should have known when I walked in that it was going to be a bad experience based on the attitude we were greeted with. We ordered food and sat down to eat. During ordering the manager was incredibly rude and made it obvious she was annoyed by customers in the establishment. After we finished our meal we went back to order ice cream. we were waiting we witnessed the “manager” belittle employees, roll her eyes at customers and angrily shove ice cream at customers. Once I finally got mine it was not correct as it was supposed to have fudge in the center and it was simply vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks in the middle. She snatched it from me and took it to the back all while continuing to belittle the employees. A young lady in the back asked what was wrong with it and she said “I don’t know just lightly blend it” instead of asking me or even attempting to correct the problem. When she handed it back I told her that it was still not correct and I would like my money back. At this point she told me I would have to repay for the entire order and then she could give me my money back which did not make sense to me. I told her I was not comfortable paying for something again and I would just like the money back for the ice cream that was not correct. She refused to do so and would not give me the incorrect item. When I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name and ordered the employees to ignore me and not to give me her name also. At this point the lobby was full so I left without a refund or my ice cream. I will never return to this establishment again!

I was so hungry and I been up and about from one appointment to another. I only eat burger when I crave it but I had to swing by to satisfy my hunger. The service was good. The burger and fries were good as well. The sweet tea, not so much. It definitely want sweet tea. It wanted to be sweet tea but more sweet than tea. That was not tea lol. It was something sweet. After a sip, I knew I’ll sipping on some water. Thank God I had my water bottle with me.

I won’t go here again. Thay microwaved the burger so much you could hardly handle them an the pickels would leave blisters in your mouth. Do better Dairy Queen. This was my first an last time going here
