My mom and I went to this local DQ to grab a quick bite to eat.
Ordered a large onion ring and a regular onion ring and a Butterfinger blizzard and a vanilla MOO
Latte.
I have ordered these numerous times in the past a handful of times I couldn’t even count and I’ve never received a vanilla latte. That was the color of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on the top of it typically, it has a brown tint to it which this did not, and when I slipped it, it tasted as of straight vanilla ice cream . I then asked the teenage boy behind the window, which was flirting with one of the employees if I could get the right drink because this is not taste right he then proceeded to tell me that that’s the way they make it and it was right I said I have ordered this many times before and I know for an absolute fact that this is not right because it taste just like vanilla ice cream so if you could please remake it. He walked away from the window and went to speak to someone and came back and said that that’s just the way he makes it so basically take it or leave it. I said well I just paid for something I wanted and that’s not what I got so I want something different so you can replace with something else so then he rolls his eyes with attitude and walks away to go find the manager I assume who then comes to the window to tell me the items that I am allowed to get to replace the item that I wanted in the first place that was not made right . This manager was unprofessional, trashy, looking and blatantly rude and did not enjoy her job. No offense to any of these employees that work here, but as a company, you should be proud of the employees that you hire and proud of the behavior behind their actions at their job so do better Dairy Queen do better.

This Dairy Queen was a NIGHTMARE from the second I walked in. The dark‑haired, fair‑skinned girl at the front came up to me with the WORST attitude I have ever experienced, rolling her eyes and acting like I ruined her day by ordering food. She looked completely unhygienic and was openly being sexual with one of the cooks behind the counter. This is a RESTAURANT, not a dating show.

The place itself was FILTHY. Sticky floors, dirty counters, trash everywhere. And it somehow got WORSE. There was HAIR in my burger and—brace yourself—a BANDAID IN MY BLIZZARD. A BANDAID. I almost passed out. I genuinely don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department.

To top it ALL off, my food made both me AND my husband violently sick. We had diarrhea and vomiting all night and almost went to the hospital. Frankly, DQ should be paying my medical bills for what they put us through. This place is a biohazard, a lawsuit waiting to happen, and the most traumatic fast‑food experience of my life. I am DISGUSTED.

Just went by 09/02/2025, and wasn’t allowed to add on an ice cream for my daughter at the window. Never heard of that rule before, I’ve added things at the window before at this exact location and suddenly I can’t? Seems a bit lazy to me, who ever is currently working the drive through today at 2:50 PM needs to be re-evaluated for that job. Customer service has gone down hill, and this just solidifies that. All I wanted to add was an ice cream cone…how hard could that have honestly been? Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be back since I can’t even add to my order BEFORE I even paid for it. Attitude was horrible, no charisma, obviously hates her job and decides to just make everyone hate her workplace. Well she succeeded and lost regular customers today, I hope
Management takes a step back and takes a good look at who they are hiring. It doesn’t take much effort to smile and at least be a decent human being. If you don’t want work with customers get a different job.

We usually go here often and don’t have any issues, but apparently they don’t offer cups anymore. Maybe it’s so they can charge people more for sundaes, since they tried to sell us on those. On top of that, the staff was rude and made it seem like we wwre being difficultvfor asking for a sundae cup and a spoon because our kid prefers a cup and a spoon to make less of a mess. They need to learn some customer service skills asap

Absolutely ridiculous! Please tell me why I can’t order my ice cream and get it after my meal after doing it for the last 30+ years? So I have to get it when I order and let it melt while I’m eating??? What has the world come to! Food was subpar!

I have come frequently for my family and I with no issues except tonight I was treated extremely disrespectfully! I asked for hot fudge in a cup and I’d pay for it, but was told they could not do that. Then I asked for cups for the cones as I am driving the ice cream home and was told they weren’t allowed, I offered to pay and was still told they couldn’t. I asked for a manager, she was extremely rude and told me she didn’t have to give me her name. I’ve explained I have gotten this order prior to today with no problems. She said oh well I can’t do it and I said why can’t you give me your name if you’re sticking by policy she said I don’t have to which at that point I decided just to take the ice cream and go will. I certainly will never go back to that Dairy Queen ! I am unsure what’s happening to customer service but that was beyond the worst I’ve had in a very long time at any place and I will be writing into corporate as I do have everything recorded.
