Dave, the barista taking orders was very rude and unfriendly. My boyfriend is deaf in his right side and did not hear the question being asked and Dave immediately started getting angry and getting a hostile attitude. I ordered a double berry matcha with oat milk and I double checked to make sure that he got oat milk for my order as I cannot drink 2% milk and he got upset at my question saying yes he did, but when my drink came out there was no oat milk on the sticker. Thankfully, the two young men on bar kindly and quickly remade my drink for me, and apologized. Dave is the reason that I will not be returning to this starbucks. Please hire kinder people.

starbucks matcha is always a hit or miss in different locations. BUT this place, this place always always makes my matchas so yummy i dont even wanna go to another location! shoutout to the old man over there idunno his name but the way he makes matchas are wonderful

The store is very clean and well organized compared to other Starbucks locations. Nicole had explained the new drinks to us and was also super friendly and nice! She recommended the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it is very good compared to what I had imagined it would have tasted. I would order it again because it taste differently then their ordinary caramel frappe.

I come in the mornings before my shift at the hospital. Eventually, I couldn’t help but notice a male employee named Ben constantly hovering over one of the female baristas. She seems to be nice but only to keep the peace, it’s strange watching how he acts around her. He should be more professional.

This is my favorite Starbucks, the drinks are made right everytime. They are always friendly and greet you when you walk in. It’s also very clean. It’s just a 10/10 Starbucks. Yanet is really the star of the show though 🙂 she makes the place feel warm and happy.
