Sold me a blizzard flavor they were out of didnt find out until 20 mins later when I went looking for my Ice cream- it should have come out with my other food. My mother in law got the wrong sandwich – mine- Im almost certain they took it back from her and gave it to me- You should NEVER take food back from a customer especially if it has been opened and handled. I dont understand it was not busy but the service was just terrible and slow

I order my food and was given my drinks and ice cream. I was asked to pull around front to wait. Our blizzards weren’t filled up. We sat and waited for our food for over 20 minutes just to get cold food. When i received my large rotisserie style bites the container wasn’t even half full. Definitely not worth over 40$ !!!! Don’t recommend.

This is actually two reviews in one. We decided to give this location a second chance and they failed again for different reasons. The first time we went, we were going through the drive through. We could smell a very strong aroma of marijuana. My husband and I both assumed it was the car that may have been there before us and the smell just lingered, or maybe somebody head done it in the parking lot. When we got to the drive through window, we literally saw a puff of smoke and somebody stand up, lay something down and to make our blizzards. The same time that the guy opened the window to take our payment. We were hit in the face by that awful skunk smell. My husband and I just sort of joked about it and remember the time when he and I were both kids… but it’s still not an appropriate thing to do at work.And thank god, we did not have our kids with us. Tonight we decided that we were gonna go out for a late snack.I looked at the hours, it said they closed at eleven. We arrived at nine fifty five and the doors we’re locked. The sign on the door said that they closed at ten thirty. So we thought, maybe the lobby closes a little bit earlier than the drive through. We go through the drive through. We wanted three chicken baskets and three mini blizzards. We were told that the grill was closed and that they closed the grill at nine o’clock. I have heard of restaurants, closing fifteen to thirty minutes before close, but never an hour and a half. That sort of information should have been posted on the door and on their drive through menu. So we just ordered the blizzards. When we got to the window, it’s posted that the in store hours.Or until ten thirty… so why was the lobby closed? Maybe the staff was doing as they were told, but if this is the store’s policy to close like this, then there needs to be proper signage.

Doordash order 7:46 pm then dasher told no food as they shut grill and fryers down so work all day door dash and still don’t get food because people are lazy. This place needs to clean house and hire people that want to work.

I can’t say much about the atmosphere, it’s fast food. But it was clean! The food is fast food, but better than McDonald’s. And of course there’s the ice cream, blizzards, and such. That’s the main reason we all go to Dairy Queen anyway. Service is good, depending on who’s working. Other times, they just seem like they don’t care. But, that’s pretty much anywhere you go these days where they don’t depend on tips for their paychecks.

I’ve always liked Dairy Queen, mostly because of their “after meal” desert. However, this visit was terrible. Their were 7 in my crowd, and they brought the food out 1 box at a time. The first box was wrong, but my wife didn’t realize at first, so she ate a few fries out of it. They took it back but proceeded to give it to another customer. I watched them drop a box on the floor but picked it up and gave it to the customer, which refused it. Nearly everything we ordered was wrong when they brought it to us. They would take it back but would bring out the exact same thing thinking they had fixed it. They attempted 3 times to get our order right and failed every time. For example, they would put mayo on the burger when we asked for no mayo or put chicken strips in the box where a burger was supposed to be. They were completely incompetent and obviously do not need to be in food service. After three attempts, and after watching them drop things on the flood and then handing it to customers, we requested our money back and left.

Do not recommend at all!! First and foremost a roach came crawling down the wall next to our booth as we were finishing our meal. We got up and left immediately. As I was walking out, I saw another dead roach smashed on the floor in front of the front counter. I was so disgusted. The other bad thing was the girl at the front counter taking our order was on her phone. She was inattentive to our order. Lastly, the lobby was not clean or stocked. No napkins to be found. Only a few drink lids and four straws left. I will be contacting the health department about the roaches as it’s an obvious infestation. Avoid the place at all costs!!!

Fries over salty , I ordered fish sandwiches I received no tarter no lettuce or tomato burned over cooked I tried to return it asap but found out once you drive off they can’t , granted this may be the case I’m not going to give a hard time over someone’s job I will

Great place to eat. Delicious chicken strips w/ country gravy or honey mustard, fries, onion rings and sweet tea. Delicious fish sandwich, fries and sweet tea. Delicious hot fudge sundae. Delicious double cheeseburger, fries and sprite. Very nice people. Very nice atmosphere. Great location on a busy road. Outdoor seating area with umbrellas to keep you cool while you eat
