I have been here a few times recently and there are two reasons why I’d rather spend my money here over other fast food restaurants.
Firstly, I noticed that all of their employees are always very sweet and professional. It’s always nice as a customer to see their welcoming smiles because you don’t get that often in customer service anymore. There is one lady I have seen a few times here and she is always nice to me.
Second, the food is bangin’. My go-to order is their parmesan garlic tenders and the heath blizzard. The food is great for the price too. I have the app and I earn points for free food!

I was Doordashing and had an order to pick up at this location. Upon walking into the restaurant, a couple coming out were starting an altercation with me. The manager Diane was absolutely amazing in ensuring I felt safe. I asked if someone would be willing to walk with me to my car to move it and Tiara volunteered (she was very friendly!) but Diane said she would. She shows excellent leadership with her team and ensuring both her customers and team are safe and comfortable. I appreciate how the situation was handled.
On a side note, the restaurant looked very clean. This is the Dairy Queen I will personally come to, as a customer, for the customer service alone. Any manager who cares about her customers/delivery drivers that way, gets my business 100%! The entire team was very friendly and welcoming as well.

My daughter loves this place and so do I but here recently when I’ve went there’s a new face she’s an assistant manager who is so rude never smiles, she doesn’t greet you,(well me) cause I’m sure she doesn’t forget me. I’ve had 2 encounters with her at the drive thru. I order some food and while ordering I had a friend on my car Bluetooth. We were asking for two items and the person said we don’t have it anymore the next item was ice tea with our meal someone replied on the speaker sorry we’re out of that too. My friend on my car radio said, “ Dag they out of everything they need to close.” This assistant manager comes on the speaker to say tell her we don’t need to close we have tea rudely! So I complete the order drive forward wait on food. I look she poured something from another bag into my bag. When she opened the window I ask, “ma’am what did you just pour in my bag. She replied with a very nasty attitude Ma’am it was fried and ranch” ok well why you taking food from another bag to give me. She said Ma’am you have a good night closed the window and walked away. Another employee saw me at the window came to see what was wrong so I asked for the manager she comes to the window with her nasty attitude as well. One word lead to the next I asked for their names and called American Dairy Queen left my complaint with the representative and no one has followed up like they said they would. We went again two days later and the crew that was working this time was very nice even handed a free sundae for my wait time on food.

Went twice in the past month or so. Forgot my drinks both times and I had to ask for them. Got a blizzard tonight, Royal New York cheesecake and they didn’t put any strawberries in the middle. Disappointing.

Just ordered $36 worth of food and get home and got the wrong food and when I call back nobody answers the phone. So upsetting Alsip being that I can’t drive 30 mins back being now I have no ride due to being disabled.

Food is normally pretty good, this day however, the chicken had stuck together during deep frying and when I separated the tenders the breading was still raw. They offered another meal and when I declined they refunded my money.

Download the app to save time they said… Took 30 minutes to place a order because your app kept having issues. I get to the restaurant.. they don’t have my order even tho I got a order confirmation email and my card was charged. Had to wait another 30 minutes for my food to be made. Until your app and service catches up I’m going to have to avoid dairy Queen for a while. The food is good but not 1 hour of my life worth of time to get a freaking burger
