Food is usually pretty good here but I can only eat so many chicken strips or hot dogs. Cream slushes are what I come here for but their equipment to make one has been down for months. Several lost meals sold as a result. Instead of 3 or 4 visits per week, we are down to once every 6 weeks or so.

Knew there was something wrong when I ordered 4 ice creams and they told me it was $42. Luckily I didn’t end up paying because I drove away after watching them make some of my ice creams then wait 10-15, with no one coming to the window at anytime. Finally gave up on my $40 melted ice cream.

Service was good even though they had a line of cars in the drive thru. I am a little disappointed in the fries, they could have been a little more browned . But, I think they’re working with new staff & they were packed. Usually they are definitely 4-5 stars. My Drumstick Blizzard is pretty good. My mother’s hot dog & chocolate shake met her approval. We’ll go back again.

I always loved this DQ growing up here. Visited today while in visiting family. It was a horrible experience. Only vanilla ice cream. Couldn’t get my son a chocolate/vanilla swirl cone. No chocolate dip for cones. No cheesecake for blizzards. The young woman at the counter was kind of rude. They weren’t busy, but it took 25 minutes to make an ice cream cone and 2 blizzards. One of the blizzards was runny like a milkshake. The trash bins were all overflowing and smelled nauseating. Picnic area was cute but tables were filthy and ground around the tables was filthy. Stuff spilled everywhere. The inside of the actual DQ (as viewed from the windows) looked cluttered and filthy. Truly sad to see a great place from my childhood go so far down the drain. I had hoped the new owners could do better.

Absolutely horrific service. Waited 30 minutes for two blizzards and people were out front complaining and demanding their money back and ready to leave. Inside is gross – needs a health dept spot check or something. I would have given zero stars if there was an option. Avoid at all costs.

The location looks out of the way, but it’s a very short and convenient drive from Charleston/South Charleston. The blizzards have been fantastic every time we stop for ice cream! The employees are very nice and happy to help when you have questions

Didn’t have anything in stock. Had to change my order 2 different times. Asked for mustard didn’t get it. Ordered Reese’s cup blizzard. Didn’t have any Reese’s cups. Didn’t have English dogs. The hot dogs seamed old and nasty. Ended up throwing it away and just going hungry.

Ordered sauced and tossed , it was busy this evening, four other people came after me got their food and shakes. I was still waiting on mine. When I confronted the girl working she gave attitude and then when order came up the boy threw it at the window and said ” here’s your 6 piece” only to find out when I got home home it was a 4 piece and didn’t even have the ranch for dipping. I paid $11.76 and didn’t even get the right order. This place needs more supervision or a better group of teenagers working there. I have never had this kind of experience at this store , I’ve been going here for 30 years at least .

Server at the window acted as if we shouldn’t have came there and was irritated when we order two medium sundaes they were served more like a small had to ask for spoons and napkins. The drinks we ordered had no ice and and they were out of my soda and substituted it without asking f it would be ok my husband’s was the same
