Both of the Dairy Queen’s in this area are both fantastically run. This is for a visit about two weeks ago. Stopped in for a blizzard and fries. Fries were burning hot and the blizzard was delicious. Every interaction I’ve had with staff here has been super pleasant. It is also very clean. Highly recommend!

Bad experience. Extremely Slow Service. 12 minutes for 2 Blizzards. After 5 minutes of waiting I noticed they had 1 young man doing the ice cream (at lunch hour)…after 10 minutes of waiting 3 came from the back and started helping him catch up. Numerous people were waiting before us (and expressing anger)…so after they got theirs they came out with ours…of course not knowing what flavor was which…since we both go blizzards…after 12 minutes of waiting we didn’t care and needed to get back on the road. DON’T STOP here unless your not in a hurry. Bad management with 3 on break at lunch hour.

We just stopped in for a 2 for 5 dollar deal and some blizzards and they added pickles to the burger when we requested no pickles. (I double checked my order just to make sure it wasn’t just my bad, it was no pickles.) My brother brought it back and apologized and asked for another burger since he can’t eat the pickles. They did give him another burger that had the most mustard I’ve ever seen on it. It was insane. Luckily for him he actually loves mustard so they thought they where cursing him but they ended up blessing him. Either way that was really petty of the crew, so we won’t be back. Like.. it was a single cheeseburger with just mustard.

I ordered a double cheese burger, modified to my liking. First time it was made completely wrong not at all like I asked for, then waited awhile for it to be remade and came out still wrong. We left and I took it as it is but not impressed at all. I’ve been coming here for awhile and never had a problem until today

We have been here numerous of times and this last visit was an absolute joke. The drive thru worker handed an overflowing drink out the window and proceeded to laugh. Overcooked chicken, undercooked fries, asked for extra Reese pieces (and charged for it) to recieve less than what you would normally get. My husband couldn’t even eat his blizzard due to hair and beard hair. Spent $50 to be told to drive back to the store to show the lead the blizzard that didn’t have extra Reese’s. Absolutely disgusting and didnt even bother to give us our receipt

I made a point of inquiring about the counter attendant’s name. Mel provided exceptional service, ensuring my family’s needs were met. Her friendliness, extensive menu knowledge, and five-star treatment far exceeded typical fast-food service. We plan to return and hope to be served by Mel again.

Service was great. Waiter was friendly and courteous. However, I think I got a dose of food poisoning from the chicken tenders. The taste was that of over used cooking oil. This was the only food I ate yesterday evening. Woke up around midnight throwing up . Stomach is still upset and I haven’t been able to eat all day. Taking Mylanta & drinking ginger ale. Be sure to ask for freshly cooked .

Ice cream was great but the girl at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE. I think the name on her shirt said Erin? She literally snatched our card and rolled her eyes at us. I constantly have issues with rude workers here and it’s so annoying. If I could give zero stars I would.
