This DQ is always very busy! The workers are mostly teenage/ college age kids who work very hard. A lot of people complain about how long it takes to get food, but it’s one of the only places in town to get fast food, and they’re always very busy! Sometimes they forget to give me some of my order but I can understand why. They do a great job considering how very busy they are!

Took 42 mins to get a blizzard and a burger. Slowest fast food ever. Watched a guy in the back argue with a customer on if they had received the entire order that they just left giving up trying to have a conversation.

I would say that this Dairy Queen is a good one. I feel that they have good service, and that the staff is very friendly. They make sure they bring your food out to you when it is warm unlike some other restaurants.

Milkshake order was placed. Two were ordered, one was made, and rang up as 2. While waiting after mentioning to the worker first shake became a milky mess and then the second one made seemed more milk and little ice cream and black particles in bottom of cup floated to the top. Complaint filed online and never heard back. Never will go back nor give a good word about the service or people making their shakes. Seems long wait times and not enough workers for as busy as they were. One star is too good. Minus stars would be sufficient.

Wait time was over 20 minutes. Ordered two blizzards (order #108) ….heathbar & Reeses peanut butter cup. We got home and we had a heathbar and a butterfinger blizzard ( with whipped cream on it). Disappointed. ☹️

If I could give this a 0 I would , were to start the extremely long wait times I the drive thru or you randomly locking the doors to the lobby due to lack of employees. Don’t waste your time unless you want to sit 30 plus minutes in a drive thru even if you put a mobile order in. And speaking of that I know they turn off their mobile order as well. Place should be shut down.
