Terrible service. It took 7 minutes for them to make a mini blizzard and we were the only car in the drive thru. Meanwhile, 3 employees were standing around talking. As you can see in the photo, the female worker was on her phone and before I took the photo, she was taking selfies. This is ironic considering there is a sign that said no phones. However, the cashier was extremely nice and apologized for the inconvenience of the blizzard leaking. She was blonde and had an undercut.

I enjoy the Dairy Queen food, but the service here is ridiculously bad. When I order stuff through the drive through they don’t tell me what they do and don’t have until I get to the window after waiting for my order. if I would have known they were out of what I ordered, I would have got something different or left. The staff serving / taking orders don’t know what they have, and clearly the people making it or in charge of it aren’t doing their jobs either. Always take super long, and something in my order is probably wrong by the time I leave as well. Sucks because I enjoy the idea of what they’re serving, but clearly needs a better staff / management.

I can’t beleave how this new location still has problems. Was there on 7-28-23 around 9pm , the burger and chocolate shack was good but with no one else inside it still took longer then usual to get our food. The self service soda machine was OUT of order and there was some sort of repair being made at the inside drive up area. This is a brand new facility, how is that possible. The woman that served us inside was very friendly which is an improvement from what I’ve heard in the past recently. All the bad reviews have definitely hurt this location. I live local and will be keeping an eye out. I will be making new reviews. I’ve also read generic replies to this response, if corporate really wants to correct things why don’t they go there themselves unannounced and see what happens I would like the results of that posted.

My first time giving a fast food place 5 stars! I just came here for the first time food was hot and fresh burgers were huge!!! Not one mistake !! Service was unreal! Can’t believe how nice and fast they were can’t wait to come back !!!!

Burger was cold even though I ordered it custom and waited 25 minutes for my food, salad was gross lettuce either wilted green brown or those white parts no one eats, bacon tasted like chemicals, cheese curds were good, soda best part of order…atmosphere? While waiting a half hour I noticed there’s 12 workers in a dead restaurant every single one was eating while working handling cash and food without changing gloves.. never going back ..$20 for 30 minute “fast food” I could make better and faster at home.

I never write reviews, but it would be a disservice if I didn’t for this experience. After my meal (Which they made a mistake making) I decided to get a blizzard. The last two times I ordered a blizzard it took an unreasonable amount of time but I was willing to make a sacrifice this time. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I waited 45 MINUTES while I watched many people in the drive through get ice cream and blizzards. Halfway through my wait I was told it was because they were looking for hot fudge, even though other people were getting hot fudge sundaes before and after my order. I watched as employees are texting on their phones, going to the back to take breaks and one of the owners just staring at the people waiting at the counter not saying a word. To back track, when I first arrived, the other owner was scolding all the employees in front of customers about how nobody was doing their job right and once she left, they all went back to doing little effort. Towards the end of my wait, the cashier that rang me up notices a blizzard that was placed in their “Cooling area” that I noticed get place their 15 minutes prior and asked me for the third time what I ordered. When she picked it up, it was completely melted and asked if I still wanted it and said IT WAS JUST MADE. When I pointed out that it was their for awhile she said it was only there for 5 MINUTES and she’ll make another. I am very upset with this and made many observations during my wait, including how they let people order things on doordash that they ran out of instead of informing them and making the dashers reach out to the customers about the issue. Needless to say, this place is completely mismanaged and truly needs to be investigated as I’m sure they are ruining the DQ name. If the owner genuinely reads this and doesn’t send a pre-made message, just know I will be making a formal complaint about everything I witnessed during my 45 minute wait.

I should have read the reviews before going, especially on a Saturday night. I ordered 4 blizzards on the mobile app at 7:20pm, was told order would be ready by 7:35. Arrive at 7:35 to a line of people. People were coming in but no one was leaving with their order. By 8:09 I asked for a refund, which they could not do, but a nice young girl quickly made up my order. Unfortunately one was incorrect , but at that point, I just wanted out. They definitely were not short staffed, but definitely not properly trained. I’ll wait for better consistent reviews before we decide to return.

for starters i was extremely disappointed in the blizzards bc it was liquid. also i waited around 10 minutes just for 2 blizzards and 2 ice creams, and the hotdogs are also purple it’s disgusting. also they take super long just for small orders, the employees also don’t know how to work together, they also don’t know how to serve, they don’t know who to give the orders do. lastly the floor is really slippery it felt like an ice rink. i would not recommend this place horrible.

I went to Dairy Queen today to give it a try although I heard such terrible reviews. When I placed my order at drive through. The girl who was taking my order kept laughing and wasn’t focusing on what she was doing. I was very annoyed until an employee named Jenn took over and took my order professionally. We spoke at the window while we waited for our food and she was very nice. She apologized for the young kids fooling around and took charge! My son loved his meal! I’m glad we gave it a chance! Thank you Jenn for a better experience!!

Food was good but it took forever to get. No cars behind me or ahead of me the entire 20 minutes I sat at the window after paying for my hot dog. 20 minutes for a hot dog with nothing on it. Second time there I got a blizzard (mini..the tiniest one) and that also took 20/25 minutes. Lots of disorganization but the people were very nice
