My order was supposed to be ready at 8:55pm so I got there at 9pm and they wouldn’t speak or look at anyone. I finally asked if they had one for my name and they said “not ready yet” they said this to many people. After standing there in a crowded room for 45 minutes I asked again and they said they don’t have an order for me and that I didn’t order there. I showed them my screen and confirmed I ordered there and they said they must’ve given it away to someone else… I said well can you make it again? I already paid for it. He said he’d have to ask his manager. (He did apologize for my order not being there and I felt bad that he had a lot to do so he was probably overwhelmed) I waited another 20 minutes and they asked me to wait in my car.

The people in this location are amazing. You can only imagine what they deal with on a day to day basis after reading the reviews. They’re always smiling, polite and the food is ALWAYS on point. I’ve worked next door since 2013 and I’ve never had an issue. Love these people and love this food!

Food is good service is good it’s always a little crazy in there picking up always a lot of people but it doesn’t bother me but they didn’t have cinnamon pull a parts so I had to get something else and I feel like the price is higher and the pizzas are getting smaller lol

I bit into a plastic that was in the crust in my pizza. I went back to the store and asked for a manger. The lady I spoke to said she was the manger and then another lady said she was the manager(they did not have on manager shirts). I was upset about the plastic that was in my food. Instead of them making me another pizza, they caught an attitude. I demanded a refund and another pizza. They denied it so I went off and then they called LMPD which was unessesary. I made no threats. They were very unprofessional. I have worked in customer service before including a pizza place so I know how customers are supposed to be dealt with.

The delivery driver is the only praise I will give this store. So many times they make up their own pizza orders, that are completely disgusting. Added receipts to prove they’re inept and need retrained on how to read, and a quick brush up on comprehension skills. Count your days W. Broadway. I ordered a large thin cust meats pizza, square cut and and got regular cut instead with no pepperoni on the pizza. I called to let them know their mistake (once again), and I was told to bring the pizza back and they would remake the pizza, I was already at home by then. I emailed corporate and was given a code for a free pizza, just to find out that I couldn’t use it after a couple of days, the code expired on 3/14/22 and this incident happened on 3/12/22. I contacted the person that sent me the code to ask him about the expiration date and got no response. The West Broadway store has a serious history for screwing up your order, I lost count of the screw ups. I even provided the proof of what I specifically ordered, now either the employees can’t read or they just don’t care about customers spending their hard earned money.

Would give zero stars if I could. Order a 10 pc honey chipotle poppers and received this. Looks as if the deliver driver had been EATING my food. Found my dipping sauce for my chicken in my pizza box… Been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and counting.

I love me some pizza and was so ready but it missed the mark for “Better Pizza” last night, the order came fast, too fast, I was so disappointed spending $39 for three pizzas and cheese sticks, $4 of that to add onions and green peppers to barely have any, my pizza was soft, the toppings looked like they just threw them on there, it didn’t look very fresh, maybe not cooked long enough, it was edible but even putting it back in the oven didn’t suffice, I thought about calling the Manager but with previous experience from this location I knew it wouldn’t make a difference. Im so ready to say PJ is good when I hear someone bashing them but not anymore, Will not be odering from here anymore.
