A few years ago I ordered some food from this location. The delivery person gave me the wrong order been gone for a while try to call them asking about my order they just played on the phone saying they will transfer me but it was BS. I recently told I want a refund say it will be a week so been a week and talked to the manager saying did not get my refund so she gave me corporate number if I still had no refund so I was asking for her name hung up on me well got my refund when I checked my account and I have not ordered from them since. Papa John’s it’s not terrible just this Broadway store wish I should had reported them but no reason to cry spilled milk. Got my refund back which is great I will just say never go to Broadway store for nothing I’ll rather go different location.

If I could give this store a zero on everything I would. The store is is trying to steal 31.00 and some change for food that was never delivered. The staff is disrespectful each time we called to check on the order we were hung up on and spoken to very disrespectful. Three hours later from the initial order we were told that they would not refund the money and hung up again. Needless to say we ended up at MCDonalds for lunch spending another 14.00 9n top of the 31.00 for the Pape Johns that never got delivered. Fast forward to the Monday following the Friday of no food the GM called me a liier saying there was two orders delivered to me. When asked to talk with her deliver person I got the whole we aren’t going to reach out to them, they have always delivered our orders perfect AGAIN CALLING ME A LIER. She than proceed to say the only way I was getting my money back was to call my bank and dispute it. SO, I DONE JUST THAT. I could not for the life of me understand how someone answering the phone for Papa Johns could be so disrespectful and unprofessional but after speaking with that GM I can see they only follow the lead at that store and it must be rewarded with THEFT OF A PERSON WHO IS HONEST AND WORKS HARD FOR THEIR MONEY TO HAVE 31.00 STOLEN FOR NOTHING.

Would give zero stars if I could. Order a 10 pc honey chipotle poppers and received this. Looks as if the deliver driver had been EATING my food. Found my dipping sauce for my chicken in my pizza box… Been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and counting.

I ordered a large thin cust meats pizza, square cut and and got regular cut instead with no pepperoni on the pizza. I called to let them know their mistake (once again), and I was told to bring the pizza back and they would remake the pizza, I was already at home by then. I emailed corporate and was given a code for a free pizza, just to find out that I couldn’t use it after a couple of days, the code expired on 3/14/22 and this incident happened on 3/12/22. I contacted the person that sent me the code to ask him about the expiration date and got no response. The West Broadway store has a serious history for screwing up your order, I lost count of the screw ups. I even provided the proof of what I specifically ordered, now either the employees can’t read or they just don’t care about customers spending their hard earned money.
