My favorite thing to order is the Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard, but i have gone through the drive through several times leaving without the hot fudge that is supposed to be in the Blizzard. I hate to give workers a hard time because God knows you can’t afford rent on even a managers’ salary there, but it’s happened so much now, hoping this will make it more consistent.

Like the food, hence the 2 stars, but the service has been horrible. The previous low reviews are all no exaggeration for the last year and a half. I do keep going in hopes it gets better, but it has not. Our last visit a week ago ended with us walking out for the first time ever since after almost 10 minutes, ourselves and the only other person on line weren’t even acknowledged by staff. The other person on line was even calling to the staff to come over, or at least notice us. He was met by smirks and sneers from staff.

Bad, seems like the staff doesn’t want my money…everytime. I continued to go back because i like DQ food. But, every single time, the staff rushes the drive through ordering process, fries are cold, last 2 times a primary product on the menu was apparently not available (chin’ strips basket)? Feels like management is poor/careless.

This particular location has gone downhill very quickly I am sorry to say. My wife and I, and sometime my niece will come here to get an ice cream treat, or a light lunch. Unfortunately the last 5 consecutive times it’s been terrible service, and the dining area is very much neglected. More training is also needed for the staff as this past 5 times we have waited over 10 to 15 minutes for simple ice cream orders. It was never like that before, but there seems to be a lack of concern for customer service and facility maintenance. Dining room is always a mess, and fixtures are dirty, burnt out bulbs, and the main tv has been broken for a very long time.

The staff took 20 minutes to deliver ONE ice cream cone. Other people who order food after me got their food and ice cream first… like why nobody can read the numbers in the orders???

Peppermint candy cane shake has candy cane pieces and chocolate bits! It was a very good Christmas type treat and worth the price! It was delivered safe in a sealed bag also.

I would truly love to give this a 2 star review, but I simply can’t because of the terrible lunchtime staff. I went here with 5 other guests. I have no clue how this cashier has job, she has absolutely no “people” skills. Her name is Letty. She had us waiting on line just blank staring us down with a terrible facial expression as if we were stupid. She did NOT ask us what we wanted to order. So I just walked up and started naming food items. She had 0 manors. When someone says thank you, typically someone says “your welcome” or “no problem!” Letty just stared at us till we moved on. Typically for dine in they will give you table tents and she did not. As orders from multiple customers were completed, she would put the food in the side counter and not tell the customers which order was which, it was like a Free-for-all! Letty has no vocational skills, is one of the absolute worst employees I have ever came in contact with, and I highly recommend NOT going to this Dairy Queen location, at least for lunch time.

Horrible experience. We pulled up to the drive thru with several cars already in front of me. I figured it was just a nighttime rush but I was wrong… We waited in line for 30 solid minutes before we even got to the window to pay for our food. One driver got out of his car and went up to the pick up window trying to get the attention of the person at the window because they weren’t getting any response at the order screen. They ended up leaving. When we finally got to the window to pay and get our food, the people inside completely ignored us, even though they made awkward eye contact several times. When we honked, about 10 minutes of waiting at the window, they finally opened the window only to give us half the order. When we got the other half it was missing it’s toppings and we got them served soaking wet in a small sides cup after.
