I requested a “Stranger Things” themed birthday cake and was told they didn’t have anything specific in that style, so I asked if they could simply give it a Stranger Things vibe using red and black. When my husband brought the cake home, I was absolutely thrilled! They clearly thought into it and created the perfect design. I’m not sure which employee made this cake, but you truly knocked it out of the park! 10/10

I ordered a DoorDash the order didn’t come so we canceled the order and ordered a new mobile order. DoorDash refunded the money to us, we go to get our fresh mobile order and it’s still the DoorDash sitting there so my fiancée asked about it and showed the woman the receipt and the time and DoorDash words on it and she dismissed him and said this was made fresh. It in fact wasn’t made fresh the receipt has the time on it but she just gave us another receipt and threw the other one away that said door dash. Now I’m eating food that was made over an hour ago when I made a whole new mobile order to get fresh food. I don’t blame them for the door dasher not bringing our food, but not listening to the customers and dismissing them just because you think you’re right. I’ve worked in fast food it’s hard but in this case she was wrong and there was proof with the time stamps on the receipt and quality of food. And my pretzels are ice cold.

The customer service is lacking here but that’s most fast food places. We came here because augusta don’t have the grill and chill part, just the regular dairy queen. I love how dairy queen serves burgers and fries, when you go to dairy queen your first thought isn’t you want burgers but the burgers here are probably the best burgers I’ve ever had anywhere. Whatever they do to the burgers make them ten times better then other restaurants or even mcdonalds. The prices are pretty much what you would pay anywhere else. Parking at this location was decent and they accept debit/credit or cash. This particular location was freezing inside but I’m assuming it’s because it’s technically a ice cream store. They have an advanced soda machine with several different variations of flavors which was a big highlight.
Other than not the best customer service and how cold it was inside the building, I was happy to try it because the burgers were amazing and I definitely recommend you try them. Ask for extra cheese on them. Super yummy. The soda machine is the best. I’m sure the ice cream is great at this location but oddly enough we only came for the burgers, fries and some chicken fingers. The homemade gravy is also delicious.

I like the food, but every time I ask for ranch it’s bad. Someone told me that it just seems that way cause it’s house made, but when I try it it’s definitely gone bad, I’ve had it at other DQ’s and it was completely different and not expired

Love this dairy queen go all the time since I moved to town. But I went in today for a dipped strawberry chees ake blizzard and they forgot the chcolate in it lol kinda bummed wanted the bit of chcolate but still good.

I initially was dissatisfied several months ago and my review reflected that. However, today the food I received was far and above what was received those months ago. I ordered the flamethrower burger with cheese curds and it was fantastic. Food was fresh, hot, made by people who care about the quality of the product. My selections and omissions for the sandwhich were accurate and service was friendly. Redemption tastes sweet, DQ.

Food tucked. Went there because it was open, hoping for something decent to eat. Nope! Got a cheeseburger and a chicken strip dinner. The burger had a stale bun and so many condiments you couldn’t taste it, and the chicken was hard, must have been hanging around for a while.

App didn’t let me get the free ice cream with order in advance, so we went inside. Service was poor. Guy at register ignored us when we said “hello how’s it going?!” Didn’t take his eyes off register. Rude. Forgot our sodas. We went outside but had to clean, move tables and chairs around and adust umbrellas, while we waited our gross food. Burger had too many pickles. Lady who brought it out forgot our sodas but at least she picked up an umbrella that was laying outside. Another employee changed the trash bag of one of the trashcans while we were sitting there, as that was overflowing, but didnt dump the bag from the other ful can. Food was sub par. Soda that we had to go in to ask about, well the machine was broken or empty for coke. Ughh. I could have just gone to McDonald’s nothing special. Waste of $15 and my time. Will not return.
