Wanted a simple dirty coke. After receiving two wrong drinks (flavor added but not dirty) they finally got it right but since they kept reusing the same cup, it just became a blend of flavors and not good at all. I’ll take the L but it’s a good reminder of why I don’t frequent this spot.

March 4, 2026, at 5:10 PM. They refused to deliver my Uber Eats order. The order was left on the table ready, and nobody brought it, even after I waited a long time. I called three times through the intercom, and the delay in delivering the food was absurd. When they finally delivered the food, they demanded that I show my cell phone with my name and the purchase receipt. Since I didn’t show it, they didn’t deliver the food even though I gave the correct name of the order. I left, with the order paid for, and had to contact Uber customer service to cancel. This is all outrageous!

Great place! But their parking spots with order windows can’t handle two separate orders. Appreciate their bathroom accessibility though . Love the kids menu. Some of their marketing isn’t helpful because it’s not super clear what you have to order to get the advertised picture.

I am not the leave a review kind of person but im so irritated with this establishment. My wife and I love sonic. Since moving to seattle a little over two months ago we havent made the drive out to everett for sonic. We did tonight. Practically 35 minutes each way. We drive out there, since weve been wanting it so badly. We asked for extra marinara and salsa. All for them to not give us ANY, nor one of our burritos, made our drink wrong all because theyre too busy talking to eachother to check the bag. How do u expect to eat a LARGE MOZZARELLA STICK WITH NO MARINARA. I called to explain my frustration and the manager was silent for a minute to say “do you want me to give u a refund or something?” Absolutely beyond pissed off.

This experience reminded me why I dont go to Sonic. Ordered a large coney with mozzarella sticks. When they brought me my order, the drink was drenched and dripping when they handed it to me like they just let it overflow and didnt care to even wipe it off alittle. When I got home, I discovered they gave me a burger, chicken nuggets, fries, and tots instead. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I couldnt even prove they messed up my order. I’m never going back again. Avoid this location entirely.

As many other people have said, this sonic is missing the mark. We waited for our mobile order, never came (even though it said someone was brining our order) and when we pressed the button to get help, they didn’t even ask us what we needed, the just told us we have to pick up our order through the drive through. So we waited another 15 minutes in line, then the cashier didn’t even know why we were there. To top it all off, not only was our food lukewarm, drinks melted, they didn’t even get it right. My husband attempted to talk to someone at the restaurant, but they wouldn’t answer the call at the front walk up and by the time we finally got our food, it was so dang busy we would have waited about 30+ minutes just to get a new order. Forget it.

I would happily “submit feedback” through the form the owner of this restaurant keeps suggesting in their review responses, but I attempted to do so and the form doesn’t even work. Do your self a favour and go to another Sonic. This one ain’t it.

I pulled in and all the lights went out which should’ve been an omen to go somewhere else. My partner then ordered 2 shakes and that’s it. This was at night so not many people were there and there was a 10 minute period where no one came to the drive in or drive thru. It still took 25 minutes for the screen to say that someone was bringing our shakes. Then 5 minutes after that we had to push the button again to remind the employees that we were still here and had ordered and wanted our shakes. Then they finally sent someone out with our shakes. It was not busy at all and just kind of embarrassing for something to be ran so poorly. Plus the cherry on top, or lack thereof there was no whipped cream or cherry on our shakes, a staple at sonic.

I recently came here because I wanted to get some food quickly while I was waiting for some paperwork to get done at the dealership across the street. I was very confused when I pulled up to the drive thru intercom and no one asked what I wanted to order. I sat there for a minute deciding what I wanted and then just pulled up to the window. The cashier seemed confused as well and asked if I had placed a mobile order. I said “no, was I supposed to?” And she said I was supposed to go to one of the stalls and order. I didn’t know this because the sonic in Marysville lets you just order through the drive thru. I apologized and she said she could still take my order. I got a smash burger and mozzarella sticks, I also tried to order a drink but, she cut me off in the middle of it so she didn’t hear me. I did notice her having to take orders to the people behind me so I felt bad and apologized again. She was friendly and looked like she was working hard. The food was good but, it would be nice if there were was a sign or something saying drive thru is for mobiles orders if that’s the case. I don’t understand why any establishment would do that because that seems inconvenient for some customers who don’t do mobile orders.

I come here because my kids love sonic but not once have I ever came away with a complete correct order. I drive minimum 25 mins each way and each visit I spend minimum $65 and to not have even a correct drink makes me want to go elsewhere to spend this kind of money on a few burgers . I will also add yesterday , the slush was not only incorrect flavor I ordered but was a sugar free drink ( I did NOT order and gave my daughter stomach issues.

I ordered their new crinkle fries. Well, they’re not crispy, they’re soggy and limp. I ordered their Smashburger. It wasn’t crispy, it was a little pink had a little queasy stomach, but it did taste good. Sort of? Until I try there, frido burrito that made the queasy stomach go away. So I determined that was better than the Smashburger The mozzarella fries were not even really cooked. The outsides were not even golden Brown. The insides were still hard.Not even melted.Didn’t even get marinara sauce with it, The pickle fries, we’re not crunchy. They were soggy, even the breading on the pickle fries were soggy. Maybe they cook ’em in grease too long or something.I don’t know.They were right there with the french fries.Those crinkly fries soggy , but i really love their energy drink with the red bull. Would I go back to the sonic in Everett to order food from there again? No I definitely know I would not. I would not order any food from there again now. I would order their drinks. That’s a different story, the food. Oh no I wouldn’t order it for a dog. I wouldn’t order it for a cat. I don’t even think it’s fit for consumption.
