When I went there, their ice cream machine was broken, and they had no soft serve. Despite that, it was still a great experience. The staff were amazing and there was no sign of the stress the ice cream issue had to be causing. I’d happily return.

I love it at DQ IN Clinton Oklahoma staff is very helpful the owning company however leaves a lot to be desired. They never fix anything. It’s a real shame these hard working employees deserve someone who will back them up. This place is somewhere you must see when traveling.

Staff was very polite and nice. Uniforms we’re filthy. Food was pretty sad. Got the 5.00 burger box. Everything was almost inedible except the sundae.

Stopped at DQ traveling through and returning from a destination point. One would think if stopping once was bad, why do it again? Maybe to give them the benefit of the doubt, plus I wanted my favorite blizzard. When we arrived, the person(s) taking orders did not seem knowledgeable in what they were doing. Other employees offered assistance, though. The “going” blizzard was perfect. I ordered a grilled-chicken salad but was told they didn’t have any grilled chicken. Crispy is fine, and did I want dressing? Yes. When we got our order, the chicken salad (mostly iceberg) was wilted, watery, and brown. It had a little tomato and a few little pieces of chicken on top (not much for the price). Ate the chicken and tomato and pitched the rest. There was no dressing. On our return trip, the blizzard was awful and not at all what I wanted, When I took it back to the counter, the guy argued with me that he’d made it right. My husband had cold french fries and ended up standing at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for his strawberry Sundae. Kudos to the Supervisor who then gave him a medium size for the same price. As we ate our lunch we listened to the employees talk about something wrong with the ice cream machine, internet down and no credit cards allowed, and it being a Monday. Indeed it was.

I am giving a 1 star because the waits here are extremely long for fast food, food never tastes fresh, orders are often incorrect, staff is not very friendly, and get upset at you when they mess up an order. I once went through the drive thru one person was ahead of me i waited almost 15 min. for food. got back to work. food was incorrect. I came back they seemed upset that i did not just eat the incorrect food (single patty burger when i ordered a double patty). they quickly made me a new burger I head back to my office open it up and once again it was wrong also this time some of the veggie where outside the sandwich. I return to them to request a new burger I am greeted “you again, what do you think it wrong with it this time” I have them remake it just to get back to my office where the bun was shredded and i decided it has most likely been sabotaged in some way ( spit or worse) so i threw it away and went hungry.

Employees don’t care, the place is old and disgusting. I mean, come on, just clean it up!! The tables are always gross, the floor is always very dirty, and it is overall just rundown. The only reason I gave two stars is because they have a blizzard I like.

This used to be one of the best and cleanest places to eat. Now it’s filthy inside and the exterior is in disorder. Weeds and trash around the building show no upkeep. I have been eating here for over 30 years but now will not walk into this place.

Only reason it made a 2 is the ice cream. Since new owners have this restaurant it has declined in all-around service. I called to talk to corporate on the matter of up keep and service and was told they pay their franchise fees so there is not any thing they can do. So you get what you get there I guess dissatisfied with the over all experience.

Lousy food, terrible service, bad attitudes from staff. Prices way to high for what you get. Ice cream machine down almost every time I went in there. I will not ever go back. Found out today that it closed for Good.
