The food isn’t terrible, but this location has some major and detrimental issues. Including prices have gotten ridiculous, $40 for two meals one time.

I had a mixed experience due to unruly customers in dinning area arguing with staff members. Staff members were respectful but they let the incident stop all the orders from being completed. Food was good. They are understaffed so you might wait longer than wanted, for fast food anyways.

Not one of the better DQ’s. For a small meal, it wasn’t very good. The soft pretzels were greasy and the cheese dip did not have much flavor. The chili dog did not taste very good either and we ended up tossing half of it.

I went inside and the cashier helping me was sidetracked with I don’t know what.he had to ask my order 3 times, before I think he realized I even said anything. I had to ask to get a cup for my drink. He handed my food to me and said have a good day. I asked him if he had put everything in one bag, he said yes its all there I left. About 5 minutes later I was ready for my sundae and realized he never gave it to me. I had to go back for it. I usually love this place but the last 3 times I’ve been they haven’t gotten my order correct.

My husband and i went here waited for along time for them to take my order then pulled up to the window waited a long time for them to get it to us when we got the food everything was cold the Chilli on my husband’s Chilli dog was so cold like they just took it out of the freezer and put it on his hotdogs our fries were cold and so was the onion rings and his two hamburgers my cheese curds were lukewarm we will never come here again we came here cause I lived in this town when I was a little girl and my younger sister was born here so I wanted to come back and check it out everything was closed but gas stations and your place it was a bad visit.

Was at the drive-through right at opening, waited 5 min till someone responded, which wasn’t a big deal. But then they proceeded to tell me that the fryer wasn’t on yet and that a burger would take another 5 to 10 min before they could even START cooking as they didn’t have the meat ready…. I’d say u need some new employees if they can’t be ready to serve food by 11am or change your opening time to 11:30 if 11 is just too early for them, smh. As other reviews have stated, the service is slow other times too, between that and the prices, I might as well go to a regular restaurant in town and eat instead
