Hours say closes at 9pm Friday – Sunday. Pulled up at the drive thru’s speaker post 12 minutes before close. Right behind a car who was provided service. Didn’t get any acknowledgement.

Food is always delicious! Online doesn’t mention it as drive -thru only. Ordering online has yet to work for us. Check your bag of food, we’ve always had to go back through the drive-thru to get something we ordered, they always have it right away though, must just get missed getting put into the bag.

The food was really good but service was kind of slow and they weren’t that busy. It really sucks that the lobby is still closed, don’t know why because they had onough staff to just stand and hold the floor down, would be nice if they would open the lobby again.

Great experience for a dairy queen. Haven’t had the best experience when coming to DQ. This one was fast and got our entire order correct even though it was big. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating.

Been here several times. The food is fine, but the lobby being permanently closed and suddenly charging 50¢ for dipping sauce is pretty pathetic. As a driver of a large box truck, being forced to walk through a drive thru, while cars are coming through, makes for a very unsafe environment. I hope they have stellar liability insurance to pay the hospital bills for whoever gets hit and the lawsuit following.

Drive through customer service was rude. They got my order wrong and after talking to them in an attempt to fix it, they told me they would have to charge me for a second meal, or charge for the side separately instead of correcting their mistake. Portions were extremely small for the expensive price compared to other DQs. Will not be coming back.
