Haven’t been here in a while. Great new crew, apparently. Drive through line was backed up to the street, but unlike in the past, they moved the line fairly quickly. Burgers and fries were good.

Absolutely worst experience in any Dairy Queen I’ve ever had. There was obviously a manager missing, because the two employees that are working there mentioned that under their breath a few times as we waited for 30 minutes behind the counter for food. This was after waiting in the Drive-Thru, and not getting a response through the speaker box. I would not recommend you go to this place if you want your food in a timely manner, or if you want to even be able to identify what your food is when you get it please look at my pictures

Waited in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes to make 3 blizzards then one of our blizzards had nothing in it and the other one he had to remix because when he turned it upside down stuff fell out. So i had to park and go in and request a new one. They looked blankly at me no apologies and slowly made me a new one. How hard can it be

This location was filthy. It was clear the kitchen/service areas needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was incredibly dirty especially the toilet and sink. The floor had food all over it including condiments that appeared to be dried onto the floor.

I’ve been going to this DQ since the 70’s and it’s had its highs and lows with food and service. I was very pleased with our last few visits. Would have given a five but the last time we were in drive thru they told us they ran out of soft serve and I would be a few minutes. Strange for a DQ.

Honestly I have been to many Dairy Queens and this is bad. The crew member made someone a brownie cupfection and threw the Brownies in with his bare dirty hands. I only ordered food and the kitchen staff at least had gloves. The staff is rude and why so stingy with condiments? Why is ketchup hidden behind the counter? Why does it take so long here? So many workers with blank stares. First and last trip to this location. DQ franchise should be embarrassed by this location. Only plus was food was decent.

If I could give zero stars I would. When you get a to go order that specifically states a peanut allergy and you are given two Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards, and then they refuse to refund the money. Sad! Run away! Lucky that my daughter knows enough to check everything before she eats it.
