Great service! It was extremely busy, and there were only two people working. Sean and Dai were amazing! They still had an amazing attitude and suggested ice cream ideas for my 3 year old granddaughter! These people need a raise! Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to work …even when they were extremely busy!!

I wish they hadn’t given me the pepper burger and remembered which burger I ordered with my onion rings. They gave me my boyfriend’s hamburger and it burned the hell out of my mouth. The food was good I just wished they would have done something or at least said they were sorry when I told them about it instead of looking at me like I was stupid… Other than that the bathrooms were extremely clean the restaurant part was extremely clean but the fountain drinks disgusting. Don’t get a fountain drink from the dispenser that’s open to the public have them get it for you behind the counter because that one’s clean but the one that’s out and the restaurant part where you can get your own drinks is disgusting and needs to be cleaned really bad…

We visited dairy Queen on our way through town today and we got a banana split which had good fresh bananas and fully loaded and also a Heath blizzard which came out with just enough Heath for a piece of candy in every bite completely mixed without any dead vanilla spots. They hit it right on the nose this round.

Just went and grabbed a couple of blizzards and the drive thru. Every employee came and checked on us while we waited at the window. They were all so nice and even got us a pup-cup for the dog! Dairy queen stepped their game up!

The manager here was fantastic and really made sure we had great service. We ordered orange julius’s (which was technically off menu). Will definitely come back again!!! Pony tail is on point 🙂

Inconsistency, Staff over worked not trained to handle high volume increases during rush times. Individual franchise with no visible manager on duty. Complaints go to owners and not corporate office. I would also guess that complaints are not addressed in a proper manner nor used as a training tool resulting in high employee turnover.
I would guess that staff are under paid which would answer for poor motivation and apathy.

Absolutely worst experience in any Dairy Queen I’ve ever had. There was obviously a manager missing, because the two employees that are working there mentioned that under their breath a few times as we waited for 30 minutes behind the counter for food. This was after waiting in the Drive-Thru, and not getting a response through the speaker box. I would not recommend you go to this place if you want your food in a timely manner, or if you want to even be able to identify what your food is when you get it please look at my pictures

On 1/18 they were sitting at the tables not answering the drive thru. We waited and then pulled to the window, he still didn’t get up. So we drive to the front and he’s sitting at the table!! Are you kidding??? Why even be at work if you can’t do a simple task of letting people order food.

I ordered a small Reeses and cookie dough blizzard and this is how it comes out!! It wasn’t even cookie dough it was butter finger…Ice cream tasted horrible was real water down. There was no cars up front so we can’t say it was busy. We try to support local but this was horrible!
