Went thru drive thru yesterday, ordered a “medium French vanilla iced coffee” Got to pay window and girl said ok $2.79 for a “sugar free French vanilla” and I said I ordered “regular”, not “sugar free” please change it. Heard her tell them to change it ! Got to pick up window and the kid proceeded to give me a “sugar free” and I told him it’s supposed to be regular not sugar free ! He asked me to move up and he would make me a regular not sugar free iced coffee ! Waited a few minutes and they brought me my drink ! Pulled away and I’ll be damned, they gave me a “SUGAR FREE” French vanilla iced coffee !! It was probably the original one they tried giving me before !!

The prices on their Board are different than what it is in their computer system. That means they are stealing in cold blood the customers. I ordered their No. 1 breakfast including a drink at a price of $6.09 as shown in their Board and they tried to charged me $7.99. I asked the incompetent so called “manager” and she told me that is what they have in their system and if I do not like it I must go to somewhere else. I.E. ordering a pasta in a Restaurant from a menu as $15,00 and after I get a bill $ 30,00,demanding to pay the price. This is ripping off customers. The same thing as shoplifting. The only explanation for me is that the manager wants to pocket the difference, robbing both the customers and the Corporation.

What a lovely experience and pleasantly surprising. Took my 87 yo father to eat in at this McDonalds and used their digital order board and it was delivered to our table. So convenient and employees were super nice.
No play place which made for a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
Only complaint were the lack of cleanliness of the drink dispensers. Could see tons of fingerprints as I approached machine and then dispenser itself sprayed sofa towards back of machine as it was filling cups.

I’m done ordering online and picking up through the drive through. I work in an office building near by and they messed my order up twice in one week, missing items.

The service at this location is getting worse every day. Today, their fountain drink machine was broken down. They said they can’t discount the price of the meal. Yet they are not giving you one third of the meal. Whoever I spoke to said, I can get a coffee or a different drink.But I will be upcharged. I swear I will never go to this location again.
