I just went in today for the small ice cream cone $1 special they have until april 16 and was told i had to download app which is not true!! After buying cones for regular price get to car and was nowere to be found on app i downloaded i called another dq and was told did not need to download app very disappointing

Food is cook at time of order so it’s hot. Last visit my daughters chicken strips were flat out raw. The outside was fried yet inside looked as if they just took out of fridge :(. The manager said oh thats not good and took it and gave another one that she mutilated to make sure it was cooked before handing to me..Staff is ok. The place is filled with flies and is quit hot Inside, even with the fans that are pointed to the register.

The atmosphere is horrible. No greeting. You stand there waiting to be acknowledged. They don’t tell the next person standing in line that they will be right with them when they walk away. You’re just left standing there wondering if you were even noticed. Many orders that were taken after my order were being sent out and I’m sitting there for a long time wondering if they forgot about me. I finally got up. My order had been sitting in the window. SMH There is no customer service. Everyone operates as though they are robots. No smiles, or courtesy. They looked like humans to me, but there is no emotion or passion in their eyes.

Passing thru I stopped at this small town Dairy Queen. I got in line at the drive thru, was the 4th car in line. I proceeded to wait 53 minutes to get to the window. I know, why would I wait? Well, my kids wanted ice cream and it was late, where else you gonna go?

It’s nice and clean. Even if the drive though is packed,they quickly get you though it,and give your order to you. Other places take forever,with few customers,but this place is on the ball. I also,love there sweet tea at this daily queen,since it’s made just right,other dq don’t make great tea,as this one does. They got my thumbs up!
