After my last delivery of the day I wanted DQ. Do I go through Drive through… the Customer service sucked, “what can I get you” what ever happened to welcoming the customer? I get to the pay window and I have my card ready and hand it to her she looks at me and turns to look behind her to another co worker and they start talking and laughing didn’t even acknowledge me until they finished their conversation. Didn’t repeat my order to me. Get to the next window to pick up my food and this girl says you had the jalitos burger and tacos? I’m like nope I had a #4 she’s like no you didn’t… with attitude! I’m like ma’am I ordered a #4 and she’s like give me your receipt, so I hand it to her and she’s like yea you ordered no ma’am that’s what they charged me for. Won’t be going back even if I do live the pumpkin pie blizzards!!

I came in thru the drive thru! The guy that waited on me at the menu was so, so rude! I came to the window, and after receiving my order i said ty, and 8 hippie you have the ready you deserve! He replied to you as well very very rude and then even said something as I drove off. I couldn’t believe it! He was rude at the window when i was trying to order!

This Dairy Queen stays busy—and for all the right reasons! The team here is always on point, keeping the line moving while still creating a fun and happy environment. You can tell the workers really thrive under great management. Every visit is perfection, from the service to the food. Out of all the Dairy Queens I’ve been to across the country, this one is hands down the BEST. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Around 3:4 0 to 4:30 I was dining in when I ordered my food a chicken strip basket and a belt buster Jr meal once I pay for my meal didn’t get a cup when I asked for my cup when the food got there I got attitude I was told wait we work here you don’t also was told that they were out of four different items of Dilly bar I paid for they gave me a strawberry I didn’t want strawberry I heard a lot of cursing behind the counters and the cooking area food prep area last time going there with my son it’s not a family restaurant at all

First, I have to say, the lunch crew is excellent. Been here for lunch several times, and they have never once gotten my order wrong. Went here in the afternoon once, ordered the same thing I always do, (#3 with cheeze, plain and dry, large fry, and water.) The server got literally nothing correct, other than the water… She didn’t repeat my order except to verify it had cheese (original attempt had everything BUT cheese, ironically) Had to turn around and come back, had to repeat the simple order to her again TWICE, and then they charged me for the difference and I got my meal. I think they charged me correctly the second time, but I think i dropped my receipt, so I’m not sure. Most places don’t charge you for their screw ups.
Go here for lunch. They do a great job.
