Pork and potato burrito…THE BOMB. When in Barstow we stop at Plata’s everytime. They use real potatoes, no cheating with french fries. The pork is juicy and full of flavor. Love coming here for the always good food. Service is quick and staff are happy.

This place is the best Plata’s out of the three that are in Barstow by far. The food is amazing, the workers are outstanding, and the atmosphere is nice. This review has been long over due because I’ve ordered from them since I was a child and nothing has changed about service and food quality.

Excellent food, friendly staff and ample seating space for groups.
The food is incredible and they have varrying levels of spicy salsa and free chips. The carnitas were a little tougher than I like but they were still juicy and everything else in the quesadilla was excellent. Oh, and get the horchata.
