I have been through the drive thru lane 2 times this past week and have had the worst customer service with the young female at the window. She looks miserable and is flat out rude. I tried submitting the survey and website doesn’t work. Find someone else who has better customer service to work the window. This lady doesn’t say anything doesn’t smile just looks flat out miserable and pissed off. Oh and she had the nerve to look at my baby so ugly and stare her down. Who does that?? She stopped what she was doing to stare her down and give her the evil eye 3 times. Then she forgot what she was doing because she was busy being hateful to my baby. She was like uh did I give you everything. Maybe don’t be so hateful and pay attention to what you are doing.

I had a disappointing experience at dq on moody. The business appears to be run by family , Which isn’t an issue itself, but unfortunately, it seems personal matters are affecting how customers are treated.
After a disagreement involving one family member almost 9 months ago we were now informed -without clear clarification
– that we are no longer welcome at the store mind you I have eaten and order thier plenty of times thru this time frame and when placing a mobile order and picking up thru drive thru I was refused service. This felt less like a professional decision and more like a personal one, Which is concerning for a place that serves the public.
I hope management can separate personal relationships from business operations and treat all customers fairly and professionally moving forward.

Honestly the WOST customer service EVER! Each and every single time i went the experience was horrible. The workers in the drive thru are DISRESPECTFUL! Cussing out at customers and using profanity to customers, no manners whatsoever! Drive thru overall is very slow, I can order 2 cones and for some reason it takes them 20-30minutes just to bring it out! Not only that, but when ordering food as well! The worker gets annoyed at ME for repeating orders but whenever my order is actually given to me everything is completely WRONG! They do not listen nor have any respect towards customers! They wont hesitate to take my money but hesitate to just get my ACTUAL order!? Cmon now.

The service is so terrible, the people on the drive thru had a bad attitude! Rushing to take my order just to get it wrong , having to wait 30 mins to an hour to get my food THATS STILL WRONG! Come on, when someone asks for 2 meats, give them their 2 meats. Stop getting annoyed when you’re asked to repeat the order. So quick to take payment, but dry patties and short on 4 patties ain’t cool. Oh and did I forget to mention you charged me for cheese on all my burgers and gave me no cheese that’s like $11 of add ons and you chose not to give me what I PAID for or you weren’t paying attention.

I’ve been a regular the last few months and the ladies at this location always remember an extra ranch with my chicken salad and for that I am grateful! Always good services, the drive thru waits are reasonable and chicken is way better than moomoos! Thank you
