Ordered our food and drove up to a girl at the window.. no smile no hello … didn’t tell me my amount so I just handed her my money. She gave me my change and slammed the window . While waiting we witnessed her playing with another persons hair.. then she finally brought our food 15 minutes later.. she never said thank you or anything ..before she could close the window my husband asked for napkins… she told him there were napkins in the bag and closed the window. On another occasion . I watched the cook wipe his nose and keep on cooking.. I was getting ice cream so I ignored that.. I’ll be going to the one on Strickland next time..

Oh my gosh! Had the best fish sandwich. Had them add tomatoes to mine and it was absolutely divine! Told any one who would listen about it. My sister in GA decided to try it too….so good AND it is fresh cooked. I went back 2 days later for another one!

Lady up front extremely rude! I ordered food online and paid for it and she basically tried to tell me that she could fulfill my order bc they didn’t receive it. Although I provided proof of purchase and showed her my receipt where I had already paid for it. Pretty sure after her manager told her over the phone she still had to give me my order she spit in my food. Her attitude was terrible and that girl has no business being in a manager position absolutely no customer service skills what so ever… treated me like I was a problem when all I did was try to be quick and get home, hence ordering ahead online… she told me it didn’t matter if I was at work all day bc she was too so basically ignored my frustration for this just being an absolute waste of my time and never once apologizing. Just rude and disrespectful…

Very Rude and disrespectful location. Stayed at the speaker for approximately 15min. and no one asked to take my order, then I took it apon myself to pull around and still no one took my order at the window. The girl stood there fixing Ice Cream orders I guess for the the people they finally came on speaker for behind me. Both workers attitudes were horrible made eye contact with me at the window and never opened it up asking could I help you…After they countinued to ignore the fact that I was right there at the window I just pulled off. Someone needs to address this location, and address the workers if you can’t have coustomer service, then fast food is the wrong field for you.

Never ever had an issue with DQ. We just came from the Golden Nugget, decided to wait to eat. Instead of spending and eating fancy food. We wanted some DQ. like we chose DQ over eating 80$ steaks, because we are #DQforLIFE kinda family. And we get there, wait inline for 30minutes. There was only 2 cars there… the people infront of us and us. We get home, the gravy looks like milk with black pepper in, also with consistency of milk. Heated up milk with pepper, that is what we got. The kids meal for my daughter was suppose to be hamburger all the way, she got 2 chicken strips. My burger was just cooked meat. No salt or seasoning on the meat. Also, it was a dry burger. No mayo, no mustard , would not have been bad…if that was how I had ordered it. But it was not the way I wanted it. Also, we didnt get the ice cream cones we ordered. I’ve never been this disappointed by DQ.
