I went in there to redeem a free blizzard of any size!!!!! The manager Angelica was rude as hell and was trying to argue with me about wanting a large size instead! She was trying to make me pay when the damn reward to redeem was ANY SIZE! I will never come here again! The service is TRASH!!!!!!!! I wanted to have icecream with my family and she ruined that!

We were not sure they were open for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, it was a ghost town. It was just me and the family in the whole place. Staff was courteous, restaurant was clean. Food was not as good as I remember but it wasn’t overly expensive as most places and it was certainly fresher than most.

I am very disappointed because I went online and it said it was open until 10:30 however, when I got to the location at 10:04, the box greeted me and the sign said opened, my hungry family, who just come out for ice cream on a Wednesday night after fasting for a whole day disappointed with a slap in the face from Dairy Queen. I will not be coming here again. I advise you all not to come here as well.

This place is absolutely terrible and management should be ashamed with who they have hired and the terrible service one receives. Waited at total of 35 minutes for my dine in food all the while being ignored by the teens and manager. When they finally saw me it was as if I was an inconvenience to them. Went to this place with my two girls 9 and 5 and we had to sit and hear profanity from the employees even after I told them to tone it down because of my kids. They of course continued. Terrible place will never come to this location ever. Again DQ and management should be ashamed.

The service was good and staff was extremely nice. I went in to get a birthday cake, the disappointing part was they didn’t have many options and they do not do custom cakes which is a bummer since they do advertise it. The manager was great she pulled out one for me from the back freezer and did some simple decorations on it for me with the happy birthday and name. I will come back but probably going to order ahead of time for the future.
