My wife ordered a hot fudge sunday with pecans. We paid for it. Then about 5 min later. We get a visit from the staff… no hot fudge.. don’t you think someone would put a note somewhere saying its out of stock.. Let it be noted that it was 9:30pm and closing time was 10:00pm. The staff was very nice. They did allow her to get something different and didn’t charge extra for the higher priced replacement.

If zero stars was an option, they’d absolutely be getting it. I showed up in the drive through tonight (06/03/23) at approximately 9:45. Yes I know it’s a 15 minute window to close, but we had a very simple 2 item order. We put in an order for two blizzards, to which the employee rudely told us from the get go that they didn’t have the materials/ingredients for that specific blizzard. No problem. I work in the service industry too so I understand how tired and frustrated he must’ve been from work, but that’s no excuse for the attitude. So we adjusted; I asked for a take 5 to which the employee, ruder than previously, told us they don’t do the take 5’s anymore. It was still up on the menu. Point is, we didn’t know! It’s disappointing to see this is how people are treated for simply ordering!

Waited 15 minutes to order and never even got acknowledged. The guy in front of me had been waiting for a while even before I got there, standing at the counter and still hadn’t been allowed to order. The drive through was not busy either, just bad employees I guess.

I would give a 5 but had to return to restaurant to get order fixed. Me and my mother ordered take out. Normally I check the order before I leave but I didn’t this time. When we arrived home, first thing i noticed was the gravy was like water/ warm milk (very thin). Then I noticed the steak fingers were hard. Called the restaurant and was told to bring food back with receipt and they would make it new. Between the time I called and arrived the manager had went to another store to get fresh steak fingers and they thickened up the gravy. We originally ordered a 6 piece but they replaced it with an 8 piece. Food was awesome after they corrected.

Didn’t expect Dairy Queen to forget every single order of dipping sauce as well as forget both slices of cheese on a double cheese burger, and the wrong cheese on another burger. I understand a large flux of orders making a couple of mistakes likely to happen. But to care so little about the order that you package to where out of 9 items you only one right(apparently still not bad enough to mess up a simple 4 piece strip) forget 3, and mess up 5…
