Best Dairy Queen we have ever ate. Reminds me of the older Dairy Queens I grew up with instead of the newer ones that looks like a modern fast food joint. Food was hot n fresh old school Dairy Queen way. Service was excelent.

Highly recommended. As we were headed home from a Friday night game we pulled into the DQ in Mineola,TX. They had cleaned up, and shut down, but opened again and allowed us to purchase some pre packaged ice cream items. Greatly appreciated.

Loved this location! Was a basic Dairy Queen, until Zoë took my order! She was the sweetest and didn’t get upset when I took a while to figure my order out and was super helpful in choosing the best dessert combo to go with my meal! I’ll definitely be returning to this location for the friendly staff they have.

I was asked to pull forward when no other person was behind me and I responded that I would when a car pulled up behind me. The server then ordered me to pull forward and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I had a hamburger and a shake ordered. I was given the shake and had to wait more than 10 minutes for my hamburger while my shake melted. My shake was more like milk than a shake after waiting 10 minutes. They could have at least kept my shake cold while I was waiting so it wouldn’t melt. This DQ does not have good customer service and I will not return. Better service is worth the drive to the DQ in Lindale or Quitman.

Absolutely love coming here because of the excellent customer service now mind you they aren’t as quick as I would like em to be but they are thorough. Love it love it love it. Not to mention the manager has went above and beyond for customers since I can remember coming here. Outstanding service keep it up Dairy Queen!!!
