This place sucks and has awful service. Some 1/2 looking Mexican gal had an attitude while taking our order then it took roughly 30 mins just to get a simple order of nachos to go. You people really need to clean up your act and act more professional or go get another job.

This was the Dairy Queen in Zwolle Louisiana. They don’t really deserve 1 star. Out of everything and after finally settling on a burger, it was the worst ever. After I ordered street tacos out of them then ordered the dude, out of it, out of sweet and low. Out of mayonnaise and mustard. I finally asked the girl what they had and remind mentor NEVER stop here again.

Slowest place ever. Sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes to get one blizzard. It takes 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge you on the speaker. Than they are rude. This place needs way better management.

Food is decent…but I suggest ordering about a week in advance. This is no doubt the slowest ‘fast’ food restaurant in Louisiana. It’s almost necessary to pack a lunch before going through the drive-thru. Yes it’s that bad.

The service was terrible, no one took my order at the drive thru, drove to the window had to wait before I was ever acknowledged. She finally took my order, took my money, then went about serving others, then came back fixed my drink and asked me to drive forward and wait, there was another car behind me, she took care of their order in less than 5 minutes this customer drove away and another one pulled up to the window, I waited another 2-3 minutes, finally a lady brought my order to me. I was extremely dissatisfied with Dairy Queen. Had I not already paid I would have driven off. From now on, I will pay for my food once it’s brought to me or just never go back to Dairy Queen !!!!!!

Terrible service.. They took waaaaay to long, they had my order wrong twice, they did not know their own menu, my soda there tasted like carbonated water even after I asked them to refill it, and each time I would ask them to correct something they would take so long to get back to me so I just left… I have yet to find a Dairy Queen with good service, the only thing good SOMETIMES is their ice cream whenever its not already melted when they give it to you… Which has happen to me in the Benton and Bossier locations… I already know better not to order food at any Dairy Queens around me anymore.

Here it is, a Texas DQ in Louisiana. Hungr Busters daily specials, DQ Bakes, jalitos, $5 buck lunch, and Taco salads. Best burgers with the best hot desserts. Also, it’s the only fast food in town.
