The staff is always friendly and fast. I can usually order a cake the same day and they have always been able to provide it. But they do recommend ordering a day or 2 in advance. But they will go out of the way to get you what you need.

The I ice cream itself was good but the service grossed me out! The same girl that took our order touching the screen/buttons/cash also made our ice cream cones WITHOUT gloves or washing hands and then proceeded to set the cones down on the front counter with no napkins, no tray, nothing and slid them across to us. The bottom of our cones “wiped” across the ordering counter. I was grossed out and then realized none of the workers were wearing gloves that I could see.

The food was great, the service- more than horrible. We ordered from the drive-thru, we’re greeted with an annoyed “be with you in a minute” (fine, whatever maybe they are busy inside). Get to the window, more abruptness from both gals working. We chuckled a bit because the girls were clearly bickering and did not like each other. Window was slammed after food was handed out with no “thank you” or “enjoy your meal” or even a “go to hell”. We didn’t receive the ice cream we had ordered, so I decided to just go in and get it. I walk in as the 4th costumer in line to witness the girl taking orders with a look on her face that told the world that she hates her job. Speaking rudely and rollimg her eyes to the kodsand elderly costumers ahead of me. The girl disappears leaving myself and the family ahead of me stand there with no “I’ll be back to help you”, after 10 minutes of waiting for her return, I decided we didn’t need the ice cream we paid for that badly. I don’t typically leave reviews, I do hope this makes it’s way to a manager however.b

They forgot our order, then burned our buns on both our orders, when I went to get some new ones they burnt those too. When I went up the second time the highschooler that was in charge said she had already shut the grill off and that there was nothing else she could do. 20 mins before closing… The blizzards where good though.

The commercials say 5 buck lunch all day. But they only have it from like 1 to 4. Plus horrible building layout. I love and give all other DQ’s 5 stars but this one sucks and shouldn’t even get 1.

To me Dairy Queen is a family establishment. So when the employees are playing loud music that often curses, it really makes me not want to bring my kids here again. Which makes me sad because I used to enjoy going here as a kid.

My cheeseburger was squished. The building was old and in need of repairs. The trim work was all badly done. It looked shabby. Chicken strip basket looked ok, but the appearance of the burgers was poor.
