Just went here. Ordered a blizzard, medium root beer, and a water in a cup. After waiting in line for 20 minutes when there was only two cars in front of me (one left due to the wait), I was treated extremely rude. I asked what a “snack pack” for five dollars was on my receipt. I was told it was due to my two drinks and that’s just what the system does. If so, fine. But the two employees “helping” then started busting out laughing directly in front of me due to the issue. The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. And I know the person who left in front of me only got a sundae, as you thought it was mine. Instead of spending time laughing at your customers for your mistakes, try getting simple orders ready quicker and treating people with respect.

Did a mobile order. Almost $30 worth of food. Been sitting here in the mobile order parking space as they directed me to 40 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. They have my money, I don’t have my food! Is it sitting on the counter in there getting cold, ice cream melting? Can’t go in because the doors are locked. Mo one answers the phone! Won’t be back here!

Went through the drive thru tonight. They were slammed like always. Pulled up to the window and the guy working said they were having trouble making my cone because it was runny. I originally asked for a churro dipped cone, but not only did I get a huge cup of ice cream, I got the churro dip and caramel syrup. THANK YOU to the guy with the arm cast working the window and for his sense of humor. I could tell it was a stressful night.

The food is fine, sometimes there are amazing employees working. Tonight, 8/27/2023 around 9pm, all the outside lights were off, including the street sign, menu, parking lot lights, and open sign. I had placed an online order otherwise I would’ve left. I circled the building and didn’t see anyone through the windows or at the drive thru window. You really could not tell it was open, but someone answered when I got to the speaker. When I mentioned all the outside lights being off, I was told it was because they flicker. I asked if all flicker (including the menu), and she said yeah, she didn’t know. Though there were three employees working, no cars were in the lot. Not everyone has a car, but it seems a little coincidental that all three employees there didn’t have a car in the lot and all the signs/outdoor lighting were turned off. It really came off that they wanted to appear closed, which in turn indicates they don’t want any customers. I recommend going to Culver’s next door or the best DQ in Herky instead of this one, at least at night.

This place desperately needs a new owner and some adult management! It could be so much better than it is now. You just about kill yourself as you walk in because the floors obviously haven’t been cleaned in FOREVER! If you like skating to the counter and then waiting on someone to take your order for 30-45 minutes, this is the place to go. They need help BAD! If I could’ve given no stars, it would’ve been done.

Up until 40 mins ago I was the AGM for the building. When I was hired I was told that they needed the help. That was a lie. Over the past couple of months I have noticed a few things. The building should be shut down. The ac barely works. It’s so hot in the ice cream machines can’t freeze the ice cream. The building has leaks in the roof. We never have ice cream cakes which upset people coming in. We are constantly out of things that are needed to run the building efficiently. The store manager needs to resign as he doesn’t even know how to do his job properly. I’m very glad I was let go as I was considering walking away in the first place. The food is always cold and made mostly out of a microwave. Prior to working here I never came here but now I definitely won’t be coming here!

my husband went to one in arnold mo. we both got the $ 7.00 deal. the hamburgers buns were hard fries were hard they no hot fudge for ice cream sundae. tables were dirty while we were their 3 other walked in wanted hot fudge. we will not be back
