I usually love Dairy Queen, chicken strip basket is the best with onion rings. This is the onion rings are soggy with old grease, strips are bland and I can tell you it’s old grease as well and the toast isn’t even toasted, milkshake is mostly foam. On top of that they didn’t have a scanner to scan for the dq app to use my points. This is by far the worst. Yuck yuck yuck!

I went to the restaurant to place a quick order. There was a line of about five people, and they quickly took their order. When it was my turn to order the Young man working the counter just turned and left after waiting a few minutes I realized I don’t have time to wait and I left.
There was about six people waiting to receive their orders.
The lighting seemed dingy and was a general feel that The restaurant was dirty.

I went to the drive-through and they were laughing through the microphone the entire time I was ordering, and by time, I finally picked up my order. The lady literally threw the bag through the window at me, even though I thanked her for my order without her, saying a single word to me. What a joke. The non response from management or ownership should give you a pretty good idea of how well this place is run when you call. I went to talk management only to find teenagers giggling and laughing! Let’s see how far that gets you remember this when you giggling teenagers cost you your job hehehe

One cook on the grill at rush hour dinnertime! The manager could not delegate tasks and three teenagers stood around and watched while the irate customers piled up. The teenagers were rude when asked where the food was, the manager was not willing to refund $ so customers cud leave. Spent $50 and let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning. Horrible service!!!!

Ordered a medium hot fudge and marshmallow SUNDAE and was handed a blizzard. Then she proceeds to tell me I said blizzard. Um, no ma’am I did not, Ive never ordered that before and I know I would never say blizzard. Then to correct it she hands me a small sundae. Yep.

The variable menus based on location was weird for me. I am from Texas and the options on the tx dq menu are far superior. The ice cream here is fine. I have yet to have a good burger and I’ve had almost the whole menu by now. So far the chicken basket is adequate but the gravy is always too runny. Where’s the dude? You guys dont like chicken fried steak sandwiches up here? The menu is literally all the same burger with different names none of them good.

Aimee B was extremely rude to us. She never said a word or even managed a smile and tossed our food at us. I have been going to the DQ for 25 years, this was the worst experience so far.

Ok Livingston, the DQ got me again! I went in again tonight, Ordered a Chicken Strip sandwich combo, with Large Onion Rings and Large Shake. The original combo is 11.99 and they charge outrageously for upgrades so when he told me on the upper side of $19 I wasn’t surprised. But then I got in my car and I could smell fries so I looked in the bag and sure enough fries. So I went back in and asked him if he rung up Onion Rings and he checks the screen and said no. So I asked, “So it’s $8 to upgrade to a shake?” You do realize the full price of a shale is $8! SO why would the upgrade be the full price? So Apparently at this DQ it’s cheaper to just take the combo and just buy the extra item. LOL I would have left with a drink and a shake. Make no sense, I am in food management and the typical NORMAL way upgrades are supposed to be is just the difference in the upgraded item. IE just so maybe I can educate someone. If the shake is $8 and the drink is $3 then the upgrade charge would be $5 in a NORMAL restaurant. Sometimes even a little less than that, so that you can encourage upgrades, Not discourage them! LOL Maybe someday I will learn. Oh and BTW for everyone’s information, It comes with ONE chicken strip that covers 1/2 the sandwich.

We ordered 2 fish sandwiches which were pictured on the sign as a square patty of breaded fish that completely covered the bun. That’s not what we got though. Their “fish sandwiches” were a greasy, skinny battered piece of fish that didn’t even cover half of the bun for $9.99 each.

I don’t know why I keep falling for this place. They are way overpriced and the portions are small. It is not like a Dairy Queen should be because I am from where the Dairy Queen’s are. The chicken strips are processed and frozen and tiny not homemade and crispy like they should be. I just went in and got a popcorn shrimp basket and please see the attached picture. I’ve literally got like 20 shrimp pieces for $11.49 and a little bit of cheese string fries. If you upgrade your combo here they charge you the full price of the drink when you upgrade instead of just the difference in price the pricing system in this location is really jacked up. I’m very unsatisfied with this meal tonight. I paid $25 and I have probably less than a half a pound of food total.
