Very poor food quality, little to no frys in my basket. I waited a long time to get my food for it to be old chicken and nasty greasy frys. I highly do not reccomend the DQ in boscobel! Gas stations in town have better food.

I personally don’t know why it is social hour for all the teenagers that work there. They care more about talking and having a good time than the quality of the food they are putting out. I wish I could get paid to have a good time and play on my phones while work than anything else. If you yourself would not eat the food your putting out. Do not serve it and remake it. Apologize for the wait but over all I would love to wait for good food than not.

Closed early due to staffing refused to refund my money from a online order than the employee threatened to call the cops on me if I wouldn’t leave. I get closing for staff issues but don’t let the order go thru or refuse the person their money back. That’s theift!!!!

Service was a little slow at the drive-thru. The gal had a hard time keeping orders straight. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a shake, and it was fine but they put catsup and mustard and pickles on the cheeseburger. I hate mustard so I guess I need to request no condiments next time. Otherwise it was a good meal fairly priced.

Can’t make a call for a take out order. Have to use their app. Rude customers walk up to drive up window to place order ahead of cars because dining area is closed. Employees very rude!

This isnt the first time this has happened I ordered my food and then have to wait 15 minutes toget it. Which shouldnt take that long when it is me and one other customer. The take food back to work since you only have a specific amount of time to take break to find out you dont have all of your order. Then you call to tell them your order was not correct ok we can put your name on the board the next time you come through remind them the previous order to get credit. If they cant get first one correct who says they will get this one right. With as bad as the service is and has been for awhile they might as well close this store. And by the way it isnt like the order was that difficult it was a chicken strip basket.

The only thing keeping this DQ afloat is the ice cream/ treats. The food quality is average at best. Need to revamp the menu or something. The young staff can’t handle a rush of customers. Easily get backed up with orders and ant recover. Quite a few times it’s been 15-20 min wait at the drive thru

I went there for a late lunch today around 1:50ish. The driver threw girl was rude. When I went to pay with my card, she like threw my card at me saying “here’s your card”. The guy who gave me the food I order in a very rude hand off, everything was cold and old. I’m sorry they all need to be retrained in customer service. I used to be a team lead at DQ, and that never happened on our team. I am deeply disappointed, this is the second time this has happened to me there. I WILL NOT be returning after that.
