There has been many instances they have had issues with not being open when they were supposed to. So when I got turned away 1 hour before they closed I commented on their post on Facebook saying they were not open before any other parents loaded their kids up or walked like I did. They posted they had no idea that this was going on. And offered a few people gift cards. Someone told me careful about posting about their hours because I could get banned and now they have blocked me from their Facebook. I just didn’t want other parents getting their kids ready for ice cream just to be turned away by some kid working “full time” to turn customers away.

Went there the other night and they had an employee outside sending people away before 8 pm when they daily post their hours on facebook. Anyway a handful of people commented about it on their facebook post and yeah they offered gift cards because the owners were not aware of it, but then proceeded to block them all on facebook. A business blocked customers on facebook for asking why a kid was sending everyone away when they posted they would be open until 9. Absolutely ridiculous!

They were out of a lot of stuff and long lines plus slow service due to not enough staff. Also they made my double fudge cookie dough blizzard with hot fudge instead of the usual fudge causing it to melt quickly. Very disappointed. Don’t if I want to return to this Dairy Queen.

Ordered a plain cheeseburger on my lunch break, got back to work opened it to find it loaded with ketchup and mustard, not plain. Not a lot of time left on my lunch break to take it back. Tried calling several times and they just let it ring and ring without picking up. Drive to the store and explain and they do make a new burger, however I open it to check that this one is plain and the bun has bright red blood soaked on it and the burger not done. So now I ask if I can just get a refund instead as I am on lunch break and don’t have time for them to make me another burger. The guy refuses to refund my money says that is just juice and that the burger is fine. I hate to write a bad review, but this was awful.

Oh my goodness better check your receipts! We got one ice cream cone with crunch and they added a $6 tip!! The only reason I add a star was the boy whom made it took time to put it in the fridge before putting crunch on.

I’m not usually one to complain but they are closed quite frequently during what would be “normal” business hours. So don’t plan on going with the fam unless you want disappointed kids. It could also be kept better on the cleanliness side of things however the service is always great and the employees are friendly.

Employees were friendly but the quality has went way downhill. Faster than a 5 year old on a sledding hill! Got a large blizzard and barely any cheesecake topping and what was there, 80% was on the bottom not mixed through as you would think it should be.
