We went thru the drive up window and just had ice cream. Dipped cone and a blizzard. Just perfect to end our day. There was a bit of a line but the wait wasn’t terrible. Icecream was good and we sat in the lot and ate while it rained so the atmosphere was ok .

Used to be a favorite place to go! This is a mini Heath blizzard. It is 3.99 fir about 3oz of ice cream and only 2 pieces of toffee throughout. I should have just paid 2.99 for a vanilla cone! The staff at this location are SOMETHIN ELSE. I live in Tipton and will choose Mcdonald’s plain ice cream over dairy queen because of the slow service and the attitude I get every single time I go. Don’t get me wrong every where needs workers, but most of the time several are sitting around or outside smoking. I never write reviews but i’ve been multiple times with the same occurrence. This is one of the slowest Dairy Queens I think I have ever been too. The last time we were in one of the young ladies working there called out an order number, even though they were giving table numbers out when you ordered, and the second time made the remark quite loudly that she wasn’t going to say it again. I found this rather rude since we were all waiting for a table number to be called or someone to bring it to you…since we had a number on our table that they gave to us!?

Absolute worst experience of my life at any Dairy Queen I sat in a drive-through with three cars in front of me for 35 minutes. I only ordered one ice cream I said at the window for 12 minutes while the front lady is sitting there just talking to a customer this place needs to do better.

My son and I just went through the drive thru and ordered chicken strip baskets. The chicken must have been under the heat lamp since lunch time. Texas toast was chewy and I think we got the last of the leftover fries. I know it’s 4:00 in the afternoon, but shouldn’t they make sure the food is fresh before serving it? Last time we eat there.

Me and my dad went through the drive thru at this DQ on March the 4th and ordered two chicken strip baskets. When we got home I noticed that the chicken has been sitting under the heat lamps since lunch. You would think with the amount of money it is for just one of these, you would think they would make the food fresh and enjoyable. DQ in Tipton has been a favorite of mine for a long time… not anymore. If you are wanting fresh food, go elsewhere!
