Hometown/Village DQ to its core. Great group of people work there and live in the community. An area legacy for sure. They are spot-on making the best treats too!! Doesn’t feel corporate when you go to the St. Bernard Dairy Queen!! My kids love this place and the awesome outside seating – watching the cars pass by on Vine Street. #icecream #hometown #friendly

Open every night until 9:00 PM
Outdoor seating only.
Bring cash if you want to tip the workers – they are very nice kids.
Full DQ treat menu, including ice cream sandwiches, cakes and Dilly bars. They don’t have hamburgers.

One single line of customers. When you are first in line, advance to the first open window.
It is kind of like going to confession. There is a screen that the confesse must talk through to order their stuff.
There is a glass window separating you from your treat(s).
When it is time to pay, the window is opened and you get your treat. “When the coin in the coffer rings, the soul from purgatory springs”.
They take cash and credit cards.

Across the street almost from RogerBacon High School. Next to the Corner Gouge (mini mart), adjacent to cemetery .
There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here. Street parking as well.
The kid staff members were warm and friendly and made me the most perfect Dairy Queen vanilla ice cream cone that I have ever enjoyed.
I love this place.
Drove six miles to get here.

I absolutely love this place! This is my absolute favorite ice cream place. The cones are awesome and so delicious. But the blizzards are the top hit there. They have really good flavors and different cup sizes. And like they say, their ice cream is really made to defy gravity.

This location is always great! If they had a drive-thru it would be even better. I will say that when I visit the other location on Vine my blizzard, which is what I normally get, doesn’t always taste the same. It seems that one location prefers to make it with just vanilla ice cream and the other makes it with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. My favorite blizzard is the Snickers one. Still Dairy Queen is worth the wait every season.

My favorite Dairy Queen around. Love an old school walk up window. Best blizzard there is. Afterward take a walk around St Bernard, it’s a clean cute community.

Nice ice cream place where you can sit outside with your family! Only thing I wish is that they offered burgers and chicken tenders like the other Dairy Queen establishments. The mint ice cream (St. Patty’s Day) I got last time they did not mix very well. The cookies and cream is awesome though.

I went to the Dairy Queen opening day of 2018. They were giving away free soft serve cones. When I arrived the place was busy with nearby high school students. Even so my wait was short. I ordered the chocolate soft serve in a cup with chocolate sprinkles for an additional charge. The day was cold and dreary and I ate it in the car. The soft serve had a rich chocolate flavor. The creaminess was of average quality. The portion size was very good. .

I ordered a blizzard. They were extremely skimpy with the toppings. Tasted like I just had a cup of vanilla ice cream.
When asked if they would add a little more on top, they were charging $.30 extra. As much as you pay for a blizzard, you would think there would be sufficient toppings included so you wouldn’t have to ask for extra.

Old school ice cream stand. Their food selection is limited but they served up blizzards super quick. They get kudos because they served the last customer in line way past the 10PM closing time. Thumbs high.
