We go to this location and never had an issue till tonite. We got our food and had to ask for silverware and meat didn’t come out till we were almost finished. Ordered a waffle and was ask if we wanted it to go. We really wanted to eat it there since we were eating there. The service wasn’t good and seems like they were off their game. Very disappointed.

I eat at Waffle House every day for lunch. What do I order? 3 eggs, 1/2 slice of cheese and an order of bacon. One coworker told me that this location is closer than the one I usually visit. Another coworker told me NOT go to, because it’s a bad location and they have terrible service. I should have listened!!!
At THIS location, they decide to charge me $9 for 3 eggs and bacon. And they included grits and toast. I DID NOT ORDER GRITS OR TOAST. When I told them that and added that I cannot have carbs, they claimed that it comes with it. OKAY, BUT I DID NOT ORDER THAT and if it comes with the eggs, why are you the only location that charges me $9???
My order was to-go. When I got back to the office, I found that my eggs had NOT been made with cheese. So I went back to the Waffle House and was told that “that’s all that you’re gonna get when you order 1/2 slice of cheese with 3 eggs.” Really?? tell me if this looks like this mess was made with cheese!

I can start by saying that the restroom was clean.
The waitress that we had was not professional at all. She forgot everything on multiple times of me reminding her of our orders.
I received the incorrect order and several apologies but the damage was done when we 1st arrived and it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table…. Mind you the place was NOT BUSY AT ALL.

The waitress did NOT get a tip. She was very rude. I bet if she were too change her attitude that she would see a huge increase in her money. She not once spoke to us and her entire attitude was strongly felt. Good attitudes are contagious and so are bad ones.
On a better not the food was great and the other waitress, although I didn’t get her name, was very nice. She had gotten her nails done for a concert and she was going to see it went to see new kids if that helps.

I go waffles house every Wednesday with my wife while kids r in school let me tell you this have far been worse cook I ever met sausages were soo bad super hard to the touch u can crack it on the table I ask for limp bacon got super burnt bacon eggs look like half an egg was use then the cook had the nerve to give us the worse eye look like we was wrong stay away from this place we are breakfast spot workers so we deal wit customers all the time this place need a new cook asap
