So you know when fall time comes round I get very excited because of the life changing pumpkin pie blizzard and you know I get it very often while it is there I understand that when they go to stop selling it they you know you just observed it until they’re out of stock however I’ve never in my life seen a Dairy Queen run out of something so quick in my life it wasn’t even over yet like the season wasn’t even over yet and then I’m just saying oh well we’re not ordering anymore what would you mean because it hasn’t even been Thanksgiving yet and you guys are trying to tell me that I can have a pumpkin pie blizzard and she’s very rude about it acting as if I was trying to be you know a Karen win in a honesty I’m just in love with this item and would like to fully enjoy it’s season of being here but no it has to be ruined by some 17 year old that doesn’t really care about the true appreciation of the pumpkin pie lizard and I really didn’t like her vibe also Dairy Queen get your crop together and please bring back the raspberry blizzard in the summertime or the triple barrier one the really good 1 you guys always take away the really good stuff and I can’t respect you for that That is all

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I was already having a rough day, but went through the drive-thru originally for a cone. I saw a new blizzard flavor and decided to get one in a small instead which was $4.29. I paid in exact change after counting it myself three times because of my anxiety, but was told I was 69¢ short. I thought they might have dropped coins or something and just wanted me to replace them so I handed them three quarters. I was handed back a $5 and some change. When I said I shouldn’t have gotten that much back, I found out they were charging me for someone else’s order that they should have voided, I was only given 70¢ back out of the 75 I gave as extra. When handed my blizzard the cup was so full and so melted it went all over my car door, my steering wheel, and myself. After I pulled away I started sobbing because that genuinely made my day worse. I went inside to ask for it to be remade and the other employees seemed surprised at how it looked. I wish I took a picture of how messy it actually was, I only got a picture of my door after. Needless to say I will not be going back 🙁

They forgot to put ketchup in the bag for my onion rings. Who we eats rings without ketchup. They only had drive thru opened so make sure they have your stuff in the bag before you leave.

Tried to get a cake for my son, the dude who’s supposedly a “supervisor” said he didn’t deal with stuff like that and his decorator went home. There was no solution, the kid was rude and he’s probably smoking wacky tabacky in the walk-in from how he talked.

Employees are super rude and snappy. They also down graded the size of a lot of things. For example I ordered 2 medium blizzards and 1 small blizzard and I got 2 small blizzards and a mini blizzard. I watched her make them and when she was done I asked if her if she used the right cups and she insured me she did but the small came in the smallest cup they have and the mediums came in the next size up. They make mini blizzards which are way smaller than the smalls so there’s no way she did because there wasn’t any cups smaller than the cup she claimed to be a small.
