Waited in drive thru to order food for 3 minutes. Spoke to the speaker and received response, “just a minute. ” Waited an additional 3 minutes before someone helped me. Never a sorry about the wait or a please or thank you. Also order a blizzard with extra toppings and feel like they reduced the toppings rather than increased the toppings. Half the blizzard was just vanilla ice cream. I will never be back to this location. There is no 3 strikes with quality like this.

The food was good, but the service was a disappointment. A staff member dropped one of our sandwiches (in wrapper) on the floor. My boyfriend requested a fresh sandwich, and the staff member gave him an attitude. Great food, poor service.

I had a great experience at this location. I want to give notice to one of the employees at this location. The young man at the window was a prime example in how things should be done. I was having a pretty bad day and this young fella Dakotah really put a smile on my face. His positive attitude really helped change my day around. The food was great too! That young man is going somewhere I tell ya!!! I seriously hope I get him again.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I was already having a rough day, but went through the drive-thru originally for a cone. I saw a new blizzard flavor and decided to get one in a small instead which was $4.29. I paid in exact change after counting it myself three times because of my anxiety, but was told I was 69¢ short. I thought they might have dropped coins or something and just wanted me to replace them so I handed them three quarters. I was handed back a $5 and some change. When I said I shouldn’t have gotten that much back, I found out they were charging me for someone else’s order that they should have voided, I was only given 70¢ back out of the 75 I gave as extra. When handed my blizzard the cup was so full and so melted it went all over my car door, my steering wheel, and myself. After I pulled away I started sobbing because that genuinely made my day worse. I went inside to ask for it to be remade and the other employees seemed surprised at how it looked. I wish I took a picture of how messy it actually was, I only got a picture of my door after. Needless to say I will not be going back 🙁

So you know when fall time comes round I get very excited because of the life changing pumpkin pie blizzard and you know I get it very often while it is there I understand that when they go to stop selling it they you know you just observed it until they’re out of stock however I’ve never in my life seen a Dairy Queen run out of something so quick in my life it wasn’t even over yet like the season wasn’t even over yet and then I’m just saying oh well we’re not ordering anymore what would you mean because it hasn’t even been Thanksgiving yet and you guys are trying to tell me that I can have a pumpkin pie blizzard and she’s very rude about it acting as if I was trying to be you know a Karen win in a honesty I’m just in love with this item and would like to fully enjoy it’s season of being here but no it has to be ruined by some 17 year old that doesn’t really care about the true appreciation of the pumpkin pie lizard and I really didn’t like her vibe also Dairy Queen get your crop together and please bring back the raspberry blizzard in the summertime or the triple barrier one the really good 1 you guys always take away the really good stuff and I can’t respect you for that That is all

Blizzard was tasty, just completely blended though. Basically a milkshake really sucks because I had the summer berry cheesecake blizzard the other day in heath and it was perfect. Tons of cheesecake chunks and berries. This one had like maybe 3 cheesecake pieces and 2 blueberries. Everything else was completely blended in
