My family and I frequent this location multiple times a week and we have never had a bad experience! The management is very attentive and kind to their staff. The kids working always look like they are working hard and having a good time while still staying positive with every customer interaction. When dealing with the public, that is not always easy.

I’m from Texas and I love how the kept the original fries, they changed it to skinny thin fries back home years ago. This place is homey and really really good. Tenders and Gravy are seasoned very good.

One star only just because they had ice cream on a hot day. Burgers burnt and hard, cashier could barely understand what I said along with repeating back the wrong items, the order was quickly done but horrible food. Do not recommend this particular Dairy Queen. Waste of $65….

Guy with the glasses that took my order today really showed off his customer service skills when he filled a bag (that was obviously too small for my order) to the brink and crumpled up some greasy napkins as a cute little topper! He proceeded to give me some melted blizzards with ice cream running down the sides of the cup and no lids, then forgot an order of fries that I was charged for which is just awesome! Soon as he handed me my food he closed and locked the window as he said “have a good day” very fast almost as if he knew I was in a hurry! The way my food was going all over my car and ice cream was leaking all over my cup holders made my drive home so delightful that I just wanted to turn around and thank him for this wonderful service ❤️

After new ownership, this place has gone downhill. I always loved DQ for the reason that your food is made fresh upon ordering. No more of that here! I went through the drive through and was told to pull around front to wait. No problem, I don’t mind waiting for good quality. Unfortunately, low quality was all it was. The burgers we ordered had to have been sitting for quite some time. They were dry, burnt, and rubbery. The fries had also been pre-cooked. They were cold and chewy. I believe what caused the wait in my order was the fish sandwich, it was crispy and hot even by the time I got it home. But, the tartar sauce was rancid, making the entire thing inedible. Not once did my family and I have issues here before the new owners. Get it together!

We got their $7.00 meal special. The hamburger was good, the fries were the size of a kids’ meal, and their 3 chicken fingers were like chicken nuggets. The sizes of the meals were very disappointing. The small heath blizzard was great.

Lived in Hilliard for a long time, great memories with this DQ. Since new ownership, it has changed get quite a bit. After getting sick with the chicken strips they gave me once, I tried a couple more times. Melted, destroyed and tiny ice cream cone dips, consistantly the attitude of the staff was just says “why are you here bothering me, go away”
